Laneys POV

The day out with some of the boys was really fun. Aside from the heart attack when she thought she lost Jin and Jimin, Laney had a really great time. Not that her having a great time is the important part (it's more important that the boys have a great time—she was sure Jimin and Jin did), but it'll be a nice bonus if she has this much fun on the job all the time.

Namjoon talked to Laney a lot on the outing. He asked her questions and made some jokes and walked next to her. It was surreal, but it was nice. He's such a down-to-earth person, Laney almost forgot at some points that any person on the street might recognize him as a world famous musician.

When Laney and Namjoon found Jimin and Jin, Namjoon watched in amusement while Laney tried to scold them. She knew it must've looked very funny: a short girl trying to use a stern voice on two grown men, the former obviously on edge and the latter brimming with giggles. Laney has never been good yelling or scolding or having any kind of backbone whatsoever. But she just thought about how Jin told her it was okay to yell at the boys, and she tried her best to throw that back in his face.

Laney tried not to feel embarrassed when the other manager with them (a real manager, Laney recalled Sejin's lecture about how there'd always be someone else with them) chuckled at her efforts. Was he laughing at her? Jin and Jimin got away from him too, it's not like he could talk much. She told herself it didn't matter. It was okay. And text-crying to Melissa and Allison made her feel better too.

When they got back to the hotel, Jimin and Jin went to their hotel rooms, saying things about ordering dinner. Laney went to find Melissa and Namjoon followed her to find Yoongi. Namjoon found Yoongi's trick on Melissa hilarious. He didn't stop laughing for several minutes. Eventually Melissa had to beg him to stop: she couldn't take it anymore, she cried. That only made them all laugh more.

Soon enough, Allison and Taehyung returned. It was definitely dinner time. The girls ate in Laney's room while they shared about their days. Allison couldn't stop raving about all of Hoseok's sound effects.

"You don't understand, he makes them all the time. It's the most adorable thing. The baby panda at the zoo? I'll forever hear Hobi's coos of joy when I see a panda. It's my favorite song," she rambled.

The next day was less eventful, at least for the girls. The members filmed a Run episode in the hotel (it was hilarious but it took hours). The girls marveled at it all—this was something others wouldn't see for months (ARMY didn't even know when the new season was starting) and here they were watching it live.

Then the next day came. Concert day. The girls had talked it over and decided that they all felt more comfortable and friendly with the boys after the past few days. The beginnings of friendships had been established for sure, and it seems like most of them were warming up to the idea of Tour Moms. Last night, Jungkook promised Melissa he'd go to bed soon. They had no way to tell if he did, but the thought is the first step in the right direction.

So for this concert day, they made a plan: Allison would focus on food and water, making sure they boys were properly filled; Melissa would focus on making sure the boys rested, didn't over-exert themselves, and breathed; Laney would focus on making sure their wardrobe wasn't getting in their way (i.e., ensuring shoes were tied or helping them get out of overly-hot jackets after a stage). They had no idea if this plan was divided evenly, or if it would even work. They knew it would take a few concerts to really get the hang of things, but this was going to be their first real attempt.

But the day didn't really start until the boys woke up. This was Day 4, and the third time waking the gang up. So far, that part hadn't gotten any less interesting, and it was in fact only getting harder. Already, the members of BTS were growing comfortable with their new staff, and when it came to waking up, they were growing sluggish.
