"Will you please tell me where we are headed Miss Park?" I am staring at her well being while she is driving to God knows where.
"If your mom finds out that you are planning something crazy in the middle of the night without anyone's permission, I swear you're on your own. Why even drag me into this?" I looked outside the window of her car, it's almost midnight and I don't think I'm liking her idea of going out in the middle of the night. I don't even know where we're going. She only grins if I ask her and it's kinda scary.
"Ta-da!" We stopped outside the club. "Let's drink." She parked and took her purse.
I just stared at her in disbelief, I hope she's just joking. She also stared at me with confusion in her eyes.
"So? You're not in the mood to drink? I'll pay." She unbuckled her seatbelt and mine too. "Don't worry Dara. Nobody will ever know that we're here."
"I can't drink."
"Shut up. Let's just go." She grabbed my hand but I lazily took it out of her hold. "Stop being a bitch. What's wrong with you?"
"I have a growing baby inside my womb and it's not very good for the mother to drink alcoholic drinks." I looked at her and realization hit her.
She sat straight and put the purse back where it was earlier. "Shit. I forgot that you're a mother now. I'm sorry if I drag you into this."
"You can still drink though."
"Alone? No thanks." She fastened her seatbelt. "Buckle up."
"Where are we going?" I asked, buckling my seatbelt. "Are we going home?"
She just sighed as an answer. She started to drive and her eyes were suddenly in flames. Did I made her mad?
"Look, I'm so sorry Bom if I can't go with you anywhere now. I need to take care of this baby. Babies are blessings, right?" I sighed because she ignored me.
I looked outside the window. The whole drive was silent. The only noise that I can hear from Bom were her grunts and frustrations. And I am guessing that it's my fault. I ruined her mood for the night.
We arrived at our house, she went straight to the kitchen and I went to my room. I am freaking sleepy.

"Hey. Wake up." I scrubbed my eyes before turning to this lady who disturbed by sleeping figure. I sat slowly beside her, she's still in her pajama and her uncombed hair. "Let's discuss something important."
"You're not mad?" I asked with a sleepy voice. "There were smoke coming from your nose last night."
"Let's not talk about it now."
I am still sleepy but she grabbed my arm when I was about to lay back.
"No missy. This is important." She forced me to sit again so I had no choice but to listen to her.
