Jeon Yeona definitely didn't expect the unknown man to be waiting for her outside, nor did she expect a smirk to be displayed on his face. Yeona cautiously held her gun with both hands to make her look more innocent.
"You can drop the act, I'm not one to underestimate. Especially after I witness a murder."
"It's just as dangerous to overestimate," she lied.
"It's becoming offensive that you think I'm idiotic enough to believe you. Or maybe you just believe in yourself too much."
"Too much talk." Yeona raised her gun. "Who are you and why are you still here."
"I don't like talking either. It's tiring and unnecessary and it wastes time."
"I won't ask again."
"And I won't answer."
Yeona rolled her eyes. This kid had some serious nerve. "Who are you and why are you still here? You have 10 seconds to start answering." She pushed as she removed the trigger lock on her gun, emitting a loud click.
The little punk before her had the audacity to roll his eyes and sigh. "Look, we're not doing this."
"6, 5..."
"I really don't wanna fight you."
"Excuse me? I have a gun, all you have are the feeble limbs that make you look over 40 years old."
"Respect your elders." His voice had a victorious edge to it, which made Yeona realize she had stopped counting. She aimed the gun at his leg and prepared to shoot before she saw his eyes flash to something tall behind her. She listened closely and could just make out the careful and skilled footsteps of someone approaching behind her.

I forgot to mention I don't know anything about guns but I think I've read or watched it somewhere that there's a lock on the gun that keeps it from going off and that's what makes the loud click before someone shoots? Idk someone help 0-0
Basically what I've probably made up called the 'trigger lock' is what I think locks the trigger so you can't shoot unless you release it. If anyone reading this knows anything I'd love some tips!
