November 2018  To December 2018 : PAGASA Announced and Warned The Bicolanos in Sangay . And So, They
Prepared For The Upcoming Typhoon
Yet, One Week Has Passed, No Typhoon Did Came As PAGASA said

December 2018 : PAGASA Finally Warned The Bicolanos Again in Sangay to be prepared for the upcoming typhoon.
However instead of people listening to PAGASA, they did not care about The Upcoming Typhoon, One Insisted and Said That it'll be only light rains and they are used to it.

The Day Before The Typhoon Came, People Still Did not care and Just Did What they always do. They Did Not Know
What The Result would be, But Still, They Thought it was light rains, And That's Where The Trouble Began

The Day The Typhoon Came, Heavy Rains Fell At The Province. And Then, It Began
The Landslide Came quickly and was big. It Covered up Houses, Killing People, Drowning People, Blocking Roads And Many, Many More
Luckily, Someone Informed Help Of What Happened To Sangay, But There Is One Problem,
Since The Roads Were Blocked By The Landslide , Help Couldn't Come In Time, Leaving Others Dead.
Also, Since Sangay Is Near The Waters, There Was One Solution : Use A Boat To Cross The Blocked Area.
The Winds were strong and the water level was high, Yet They Only have One Choice.
Days Passed, Construction Cleaned The Mess Of What The Typhoon Has Caused

December 26 2018 : In One Barangay ( Reported), Were 23 dead, But Later Summed up to 51.
Mainly, People Died Because Of The Landslide, And Drowning.  One Incident Showed That The Mother Was Begging For Help Because Of His Drowned Son But Not even One Took Serious Of It
Another Incident Was When A Wife Lost Her Husband Because Of The Landslide That Occured In Sangay
And Another Was When A Boy Was Missing in Sangay, Was Found Dead Because Of Drowning.
And To This Day, Others Are Still Missing And Trying to Be Found. ( Maybe Not)

Its Sad Because The Ones You Love Will Be Perished By A Landslide or Drowning Because They Didn't Listen To PAGASA. ( Yet, You Can Feel Their Pain And It Happened Unexpectedly) Like The Boy, Trying To Help His Parents Yet Was Taken Life When The Typhoon Hit the Province, Like Other People, Who Lost their Homes Because Of The Landslide that Hit Sangay. It Also Was The News Of Our Performance Task. Others, Too. May We Also Pray To The Victims Of The Dead And The Alive. Fortunately, Help Supplies Were Coming.
