Elijah and elena packed the rest of elena's belongings they were now about to go to the grill to get something to eat when there was a knock on the door elena answered it "what do you want stefan?" elena asked stefan kissed her elena pushed him away and slapped him "don't you ever do that again I told you this for the past two months I have moved on from you in fact I moved on pretty quickly all I took me was two weeks to move on from you while I could never move on from Elijah" elena said "I love elijah stefan not you" elena said just then elijah walked up behind elena "I love you too elena" Elijah said before he pulled her for a kiss "this isn't over not by a long shot" stefan said.

Back in New Orleans mikeal was at home waiting for his wife ester to come home "where is Elijah? I called over to his house and he wasn't there he not even at work" ester said "he gone to mystic falls" mikeal said "why?" ester asked "to get the girl he loves" mikeal said "but she be here next week" ester said "but he need elena here sooner ester my love he needs to have the girl of his dreams he being waiting for two years don't you think he waited long enough?" mikeal asked "yes I do"ester said

Back in mystic falls elena was saying her goodbyes to Jeremy Jenna and matt "I'm going to miss all of you" elena said "we are going to miss you too" Jeremy said with tears in his eyes "don't cry ease jer" elena said "you going to make me start" elena added but it was too late Jeremy was crying and so was matt and Jenna elena started crying "go elena be happy and good luck with your new job" Jenna said "you finally found the right guy elena hold into him be happy please and good luck" Jeremy said as he pulled elena into a hug "Elijah look after my sister" Jeremy said shaking Elijahs hand "I will Jeremy I promise" Elijah said "bye elena be happy good luck" matt said after all that elijah and elena left

back in new orleans rebekah henrick klaus and finn were talking at rebekahs house "do you think they come back as boyfriend and girlfriend or just as friends?" henrick asked "i'm hoping as boyfriend and girlfriend" finn said "so do i. i  remeber two years ago when i was consoling elena when elena taught that elijah wouldnt come back" klaus said "i remember that too klaus and i say they will they talked every day at least ten times" rebekah said "but we have to think about elena's ex boyfriend who wants her back" mikeal said "how do you know that father?" klaus asked "because elijah rang me a half an hour ago saying that elena and himself are together and that her ex boyfriend kissed her and she slapped him and saying that she got over him quickly and that she could never get over elijah and that she loved him" mikeal said "she part of our family now" ester added "indeed she is" mikeal agreed
