Bardock: What if he survived?

The Androids

3 years had passed since Bardock had arrived on earth, and in that time he'd trained to control his super Saiyan form.
The stranger that Kakarot was talking to that day was called Trunks, and he'd warned them about 2 Androids who would arrive and kill everyone.

That day finally came

Kakarot stepped forward, as a super Saiyan, to face them
"So you must be the Androids" said Kakarot
"That's right Son Goku" replied the taller of the two Androids.
"I am Dr Gero" he continued "and this is Android 19" he finished, gesturing to his larger accomplice.

Kakarot went for 19

For a while it seemed like Kakarot was winning, but the Android managed to absorb a kamehameha.

That's when it went down hill.

Kakarot fell to his knees, reverting to his base form, clutching his chest.

The heart virus?!?
No, Kakarot should have taken the antidote Trunks gave him

"Kakarot!" yelled Bardock "Did you take the medicine for your heart!?"
"No! The virus didn't show up, I thought I was safe!"
"You idiot!"

Damm it Kakarot, I've got to clean up your mess

Bardock stepped forward, turned super Saiyan, and prepared to fight.

"Back down Bardock!"

Vegeta arrived on the battlefield
"So these are the dreaded Androids are they?" inquired Vegeta
"Yeah" responded Bardock "They took down Kakarot, although the heart virus didn't help"
"So they've never faced a healthy super saiyan?"
"no"
"Let's change that"
Vegeta turned to 19, assessing his opponent
"Tell me android, does a machine like yourself ever experience fear?"

Vegeta turned super saiyan.

"What the hell!?" exclaimed Bardock "Since when could you transform?"
"It's been three years, it wasn't that hard"

The heat-down ensued.

Vegeta mercilessly attacked the android, ripping off his arms, it was so brutal that the android tried to run away

"Oh no you don't. Big Bang Attack!"
19 was obliterated.

"Uh guys?" it was Killin "Gero escaped"
