Chapter 26

"Why don't you hangout with Lou?" Harry suddenly suggested as we laid on out bed. "I need to uh,-"

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion as I looked up at him. This is really weird.

"Food." He suddenly spit out and my eyes widened. To be honest I haven't even thought about their eating habits. Do they actually kill people for their blood?

"Oh, yeah." I didn't know what to say. I mean, usually people don't have to go through this. Then again, no one really believes Vampires exist.

"Like do you-" I was cut off by Harry, who sent a look that said don't ask.

"I really don't like to talk or think about this." He sighed, running his finger through his curls. He really doesn't like being a vampire.

"I'm sorry. I just, do you guys feed or whatever? I'm curious." Now that I think of it all the other guys seem to disappear at weird times, but Harry's always here.

"I usually go when you're asleep, but I haven't gone for a while." He confessed with sad eyes. Realization hit me hard. I'm going to have to kill people to live too..I don't know if I can do that.

"We only feed off of people that are either dying or about to die." He said quickly, seeing my face. I never in a million years thought I'd be having this conversation with Harry.

"It's okay, Harry. I still love you." I comforted him and he looked as if I was crazy.

"Are you sure? I'm a monster, and you should be scared of me." His eyes got dark, and he seemed frustrated. He closed his eyes and clenched his fists.

"I'm a killer, Rose. I-I kill people." He choked out. I hate he thinks this way. That he's nothing but a monster, when there's so much more to him.

"Would you stop it?!" I got his attention by yelling this. Now it's my turn to be frustrated. "I hate how you think like this! Your only a monster if people are scared of you. I'm not scared, because I love you and I trust you. I know you won't hurt me." I got up and started to pace around.

"You shouldn't." He muttered softly. I honestly don't think I was supposed to hear that, but I did. He's seriously making me so frustrated.

"Am I not enough for you Harry? Is that the problem, because it seems like we go through this all the time. Do you not trust me? I love you so much and I'm not leaving if that's what scares you." At this point Harry's eyes were wide at my outburst. I can't believe I just said all that, but it needed to be done. He got off the bed and came over to me.

"Baby, I'm sorry." He sighed and he wrapped his arms around me. "I do trust you. I love you, I really do. I can't seem to say it enough. And I'm sorry I think this way, love." He kissed the top of my head.

"I love you too." I wrapped my arms around his torso and placed my lips on his.

"Now go satisfy your needs." I pushed him away playfully. Harry laughed and smiled at me, showing his dimples I love.

"Okay, I'll be back before you sleep, my flower." He pecked my lips once more.

"Flower?" I laughed, confused. I watched his face turn slightly pink.

"Your name is Rose, so yeah, Flower." He smiled.

"Do you not like it?" His smile turned into a frown.

"No! I like it. It's cute." I assured him and kissed his cheek.

"Now go." He laughed and left me alone. I'm sure he'll take one of the boys with him too, but not Louis. Maybe him and I could hangout tonight.

I walked into my best friends room to see him laying down on his bed, playing on his phone.

"Whatcha doin?" I asked Louis, sitting down next to him. I could tell my presence startled him a little, by the look on his face.

"Aww, did I scare you?" I teased him, laughing a bit. Louis just smiled at me and looked back at me.

"Whatcha need, love?" He asked me, looking intently at something on his phone.

"Well I was thinking we could hangout tonight. Do something together." I suggested and he didn't respond.

"Lou." I said, wanting his attention. I'm trying to talk to him the least he could do is pay attention.

"Louis." I tried again. Nothing. I sighed and took away his phone and sitting down in his lap.

"What are you-" He started, but I cut him off with look, saying don't mess with me.

"Im trying to talk to you the least you could do is pay attention." I said sadly and he sighed.

"I'm sorry, love. What were you saying?" He leaned back to look at me better.

"I miss you." It came out more like a whisper from my lips.

"I miss you too, love." He rubbed my back to comfort me.

"Which is why I wanted to hangout with you tonight." I said playing with some of his hair now.

"That sounds lovely." He smiled at me, which I happily returned. I got off of Lou's lap and walked towards the door.

"Meet in down in ten. We're having a movie night." I smiled and walked out. I couldn't be more happier than I am now. My best friend's back and Harry and I are doing great.
