05 || Annoying

-Hailee-

On the way home, my new home, I took the time to quietly walk. I wanted to explore the neighborhood and see how people interact with each other here. They seem nice to me.

I walked on the sidewalk and I watched the light change to an orange-like color. I listened to the summer breeze passing the trees.

A heavy object came against me and I fell backwards. Luckily I fell on a piece of grass that caught my fall.

I turned around and realized that the boy, who is still running, bumped into me.

"Don't worry, I have no pain." I yelled and tried to get up. Nice this, first day here and I already have pain on my arm. I don't even want to look at it, I have so much pain.

I wiped away a few grassy shoots from Aaliyah's shirt and took a deep sigh. "What kind of person is that right? You let someone fall and don't even bother to help them." I said to myself.

"What did you say?" Asked a British voice. I turned around and saw the boy standing there in front of me. He had big blue eyes, never saw eyes like that before.

"I uhh ... I'm not hurt." I said, and he looked at me confused.

"Well, I'm that kind of person, I let someone fall and then leave them there, or nah?"

I looked at him for a second. "I-you are-I was-yes-I meant no-" I stuttered.

He laughed and rolled his eyes. "What do you want?" He asked.

"I?" I asked as I pointed to myself.

"No, that tree behind you." He pointed back and I followed his finger. I looked back and saw no tree. "You're so annoying."

"Why, I don't see a tree." I said insecure.

"Listen, I'm late, and my friends probably already forgot me because of you." He said, and he turned around.

"I'm sorry that you let me fall." I mumbled and he turned around again.

"Listen, I don't even know who you are and where you come from, but here, if you want to have the last word, you only get that after blood has fallen." He said and pointed his finger in my right shoulder.

"Listen, I don't know who you are, but at the place where I grew up, we don't let ourselves play so fast." I grabbed his finger with my thumb and forefinger and pretended it was garbage.

"Shut the fuck up!" He said.

"No I won't!" I told him.

"Ur so annoying!" We said at the same time and growled. We turned around and walked our way.

I saw him for the first time and also for the last time. What is wrong with him? I mean, he was the one who let me fall.

The pain in my arm was getting worse. I looked at my arm and saw a deep cut. Wow, are you really serious about that? Could I just lose my whole arm too!

When I arrived home Shawn helped me with my cut. It did hurt, since I had never made such a deep cut.

"What happened?" He asked as he gently patted my arm with a wet cloth.

"Someone came to me." I sighed.

"With a pocket knife?" He asked and I rolled my eyes.

"No, I fell and probably my arm came against a stone or something." He nodded and wrapped my arm.

"Was Aaliyah there?" He asked and I shook my head.

"She said she would come back later." I said and Shawn gave me a glass of water. "Thanks."

"No problem." He placed his hands in his pockets. "Now that you are family, Hailee, you have to know a bit the people around you now." He said and I put my glass of water on the table.

"You see, some people they are a bit agressive, you have to stay away from that."

"Yes, thank you." I laughed which made him laugh too. He let his hand go through my hair and walked away.

I heard the door open and someone step in.

"Bye Asa, thanks for walking to my house." I heard Aaliyah say

"No problem, it is the least what I can do, I was the one who brought the squad together to get to know your sister, but I didn't even come." Said the other voice, it was the same British voice as today, the boy who let me fall, never mind it could be a another friend since she has so many friends.

"Next time. "Aaliyah said,

"Promised, I can't wait for me to meet her, bye."

Aaliyah closed the door and walked straight into the kitchen.

"Hey Lee what happened to your arm ?!" Aaliyah asked and sat down on the chair next to me.

"A boy came to me and I fell." I responded. She carefully took my arm.

"What a dickhead!" She said and I giggled through her reaction.

Just when we all walked out of the park, Asa came running. You have to check, we have agreed at two o'clock and it's a quarter to six now.

Guys! "He said, gasping and stopping us with his hand, standing in front of us with his hands on his knees,

"you're on time." I said sarcastically. He looked at me for a second and stood up straight again.

"Yes, sorry, my mother and brother were planning to go to my aunt at the last minute. It would only be an hour, but it ran out of hours. Then I sprinted here and that's how I came across a girl, like that." He said and walked out of the park with us.

"Duudde, Asa fixer!" Emily said and everyone started pushing him playfully.

"Me? flirting and fixing with that thing?" He said and we stopped laughing."She makes a big problem because I only came against her. And she's probably new here, she is that girl who just moved here."

"Well say." I said." You've already had enough on the way."

"Yes, but do you know what's most unfortunate?" He stood next to me.
"That I am not with you and your sister." He said,

Me and Asa have been friends for since he moved to America for his movies that he plays in and I'm in love with his British accent. we are a kind of brother and sister and even have our rules, one of which is that you can have a relationship if the other person is also in a relationship.

"Ahw." I said with a sad face.

"I have to go, it's almost six o'clock and I have to check my sister." I said and we all said goodbye. Asa walked home with me to make it apologize.

"So, your sister." He began. "Tell about her."

"Well, she is sweet and you can have good conversation with her." I started.

"What does she look like?"

"She has long brown wavy hair, hazel eyes and a cute smile." I said

We arrived at my house and i opened my door. "Bye, Asa, thanks for walking to my house." I said.

"No problem. Is the least I can do, I was the one who brought the squad together to get to know your sister, but I didn't even come.

"Next time."

"Promised, I can't wait for me to meet her, bye"

I closed the door and walked straight into the kitchen where I saw Hailee sitting there.

"Hey Lee-what happened to your arm! "I said and sat down next to her. arm was wrapped in bandage and you saw a blood stain in it.
