Jungkooks POV
Lisa and I wheezed in laughter together. We literally had tears in our eyes as he couldn't stop bursting out our favorite vines to each other.
"H-Hey! I got one!" Lisa giggled, placing her hand on my shoulder.
"what??" I leaned in.
"What's worse than a rapist?" She grinned.
I dramatically fake gasped and widened my eyes.
" A child!"
"AHAHAHHAHAHAHAH"
"OH, MY GOD. That one gets me everytime." Lisa chuckled, flicking off the tears forming in her eyes.
"Not to be racist of anything - I started.
"But Asian people are *SNORT*" And both of us said together.
And yet again, we bursted our laughing. We sat on a bench next to McDonald's which was near to our school. We had to wait outside, since it was already 11:30 pm.
"I'm so glad I found someone who I can quote vines with. Literally, all my friends are so uneducated." Lisa rolled her eyes jokingly as she leaned her head on my shoulder, sipping on her Pepsi.
I smiled at her cause I thought it was cute.
"Oh come on, they much know something." I said.
"Oh yeah, they know one vine. what's 9+10? 21!"
"Ooof you're right. They're illiterate." I chuckled.
Lisa laughed loudly, almost spilling her drink which caused me snicker.
"So, Jungkook." She sat up straight.
"Tell me something about yourself."
"Well, I'm not straight? " I chuckled.
Lisa rolled her eyes and smiled at me.
"Duh! I know that. But tell me something else. If we're gonna be best pals then I'll need to know something about you." She said.
"Alright, let's see something about me." I brought my hands together to think seriously.
"Well?" Lisa raised an eyebrow.
"Not much really. My parents are great. My brother is currently living in another country. My hobbies are singing, dancing, sketching and swimming. Mostly swimming though. I found out I was bisexual in the 4th grade. Annnnd my favorite kind of food is hotpot." I said.
" Ah, that's cool. I love hotpot. We should go sometimes. " She said.
" Yea we should. " I agreed, taking a sip of my sprite.
" What about you? " I asked her.
" Umm, alright. I live with my mom. I have two cats, Leo and Luca. They're my babies. My favorite food is any kind of fast food. And Let's just say that I'm really interested in graphic design. More than swimming." Lisa said.
I raised my eyebrows in surprise.
" Really? That's shocking. Thought you would want to be a national swimming champion or something." I SAID.She shrugged her shoulders." Meh, I'm just good at swimming. That's why I'm the sports captain. But honestly though, for me nothing it better than design. Like, creating digital art. I love it so much. And I plan to go to Europe cater highshchool. There are so many design opportunities there. It's so exciting. I can make a living out of something I really love and I'm really passionate about. "
I couldn't help but admire at how her face lit up when she spoke about her dream. She looked so happy and figured out her life. I've only known her for 3 hours yet I feel so proud of her.
"Thats freaking amazing. You know what you want to do in the future. I'm still stuck." I admitted, leaning against the backrest of the bench which my hand unintentionally around Lisa.
"I guess. But sometimes I wonder if my hopes are too high. That I won't be able to fulfill them as how I dreamt I would." she sighed.
"Well, obviously your life is not gonna go so smooth. There are going to be alot of ups and downs. But if you're really passionate about graphic design, you won't care and keep carrying on and working your hardest." I told her.
Lisa gave me a lopsided smile and lazily put her arms around me.
" AWW, you're too cute and sweet. Where have you been all my life? Why aren't we best friends.? " She grinned.
"I prefer to hide behind shadows. I'm not really the extroverted type."
I said."For real? Neither am I. Only my friends are popular. I rarely talk to people." she said.
"Wow, so we are literally the same person." I chuckled.
Lisa giggled and nodded her head. She then stood up and lend her hand out to me.
"It's getting late. We should head back home. Your parents must be worried" She said.
" Oh, my parents are out of town. You don't need to worry about me, young lady. What about your mom? She's alright with you sneaking out at 9 to swim?" I teasingly asked her.
"what a huge coincidence. My mom's at my aunts house for the weekend. That means I've got the whole house to myself." Lisa said.
" Could we relate to each other anymore? Also, where do you stay?" I asked.
"East Seoul, kimsiuk Street." She replied.
"Oh, that's way far from here. My place is just around the block." I said.
"Ah well, I enjoy the long walks." She said to me.
"Ah cool cool." I muttered under my breath.
Since both of our parents weren't home. It sprouted an idea in my head. I thought of calling Lisa home. Would it be weird? Was it too soon to call her home?
I mean, it's like we would do anything dumb. Just hang out, watch a movie eat popcorn and then sleep.
I'm different bedrooms.
Also, she cannot possible walk all the way to her place at this hour of the night. I wouldn't let a young lady roam thee nights of Seoul all by herself.
But still, would it be weird?
I pondered about for two whole minutes on the walk about to our neighborhood.
Eh fuck it.
"Hey Lisa" I said.
"hmm?" She hummed in response.
"Do you wanna I don't know, maybe stay the night at my place. It's way too late and it would take a another hour for to reach home. And plus, no cabs or buses are available right now."
I told her.I watched her look ahead of her while she bit her lip in full thought. I couldn't help but stare at her. She just seemed to be cute at random moments. I wish I had a camera.
I mentally had my fingers crossed, hoping that she would say yes. Or else I would have made a complete fool of myself. I can't stand any awkward situations.
"You're right, I should stay."
OMFG SHE SAID YES IM FUCKING BRINGING A GIRL HOME.
"but are you sure it's no problem?" She asked.
"Not at all!" I assured her.
This night couldnt get any better.
