(Rachel's POV)

"Hey Michael, it's time for school!" I said as I knocked on his door

He didn't say anything to me. Nor did he even open the door.

"Look I know I can't tell you what to do but this is common sense." I said"...That's it I'm coming in! "

I opened the door to see him staring off into space.

"I'm not going" he said

"Why"

"Because I am not planning to go back today or any day"he said"Turn me back"

"Michael this isn't about Caleb right"

"You promised that I can change back if I wanted to is that right?"

" Yeah, I did"I sighed"Its that you became more like family to me and Alex, it just feels so sad to let you go"

"But you know I got a family of my own"he said"I have to let them know that I'm okay and well, they must be devastated"

"Alright, now stand up and close your eyes"

He got up from the bed and stood still waiting for me to start. I began to focus on my powers and said the words I was suppose to say. After a minute I was done.

"Please tell me that you are not naked!" I said covering my eyes

"I'm not Rachel" A soft voice said

I began to open my eyes to see him with the clothes he had on before we changed him. What a relief .😌

"Hey Rachel what's going on in here"Alex said as she went into the room"You turned him back?"

" Yeah, let's take him back home"I said"Come on Michael"

Golden gate bridge... 2 hours and 30 minutes later...

(Alex's POV)

We drove for a while now since we drove down the Golden gate bridge. Rachel grew tired and fell asleep while Michael hummed to himself while looking through the window. It was quiet for that time.

But I began to see black vans from the truck side mirror and they were obviously heading our trail.

"Uh...Michael who are those guys!?"

"...." he looked at me oddly

"Michael!!" I shouted"Who are those guys!? "

"I know them from anywhere it's the Elite!" he shrieked

"But how did they find us!?"

" I don't know! "He said

" Rachel wake up! "I shouted as I nudged her wildly

"The Elite found us!"
