Chapter Two: Kylie Crusader Pt. 2

Pov: Sapphire's

Thump, Thump, Thump.

What the fuck is that? I swear to Voldemort, if Tae is outside my window throwing fucking Oreos at my window again, I'mma beat his ass because he's wasting perfectly good Oreos....again.

I walked over to my window and snatched the curtains aside. I swear when I say I almost had a heart attack, I ain't ever been so honest in life.

I opened my window and stared at green eyes as he stared back at me.

"Hey..."

The fuck you mean 'hey...'?

"What the hell are you doing here? You do realize you almost gave me a heart attack? And to think I blamed Tae for this shit. And do you know how much trouble I'd be in if my mom knew a boy was in my room?"

"I'm not a boy."

But.... you're still 17. That's watchu get for being a November baby.

"Well you ain't legal either."

"Touche." I took a step back so he could come in.

"So, what are you doing here?"

I sat down on my bed and he sat down next to me.

"I brought you this." He said, showing my what looked like a jewelry box.

"What the hell is it?"

"Open it." He put it in my hands.

I stared at the funny looking box, contemplating whether or not I actually wanted to know what was in it. It was a funny box with, what I'm assuming is, Chinese writing on it.

It was really prerty, but scary at the same time. Don't ask.

I glanced at Adrien and he nodded. I took in a deep breath and opened it and screamed. I knew I shouldn't have trusted that damn cat. It's glowing!

"The fuck is this from?! The shining?" I whisper yelled so I wouldn't wake my possibly sleep family.

I looked back at the box and it was no longer glowing. Instead there was a long floating bunny in front of me.

"What are you? A kwami?"

I knew what kwamis were. I've just never seen one.

"That I am! You can call me Fluff! I grant you the ability of being a superhero." She floated around me.

I glanced at Adrien an smiled before Fluff flew up in front of me.

"You have the power of supervision and jumping really high. You can also cleanse akumas with your carrot capsule. That's also part of your special power. Like Chat Noir's cataclysm and Ladybug's lucky charm, you have a capsule, shaped like a carrot, that expands and and keeps a villain in a Buble temporarily. It prevents them from using their powers against you. Are you up for the challenge?"

I was speechless. I was going to be a superhero! But, why? Wasn't Hawkmoth defeated?

"I...I don't know. Maybe. Being a superhero just wouldn't fit with my schedule."

I glanced at Adrien when I heard him snort.

"And you think it fit into mine?"

He has a point. But that's different. He was used to having a busy schedule. Now that I'm in Lycee, I don't have the same class schedule, club schedule, or even sport schedule everyday. Not to mention I also have things I do outside of school. I couldn't keep up with that. I'd have to make up missing class assignments. I would have to he responsible! I don't even do homework at home. I usually do it during homeroom or during other classes. I can't do make up work like that.

"Please. You were chosen for a reason. If Master Fu didn't think you were right for the job, he is wouldn't have chosen you."

"I-I guess I could try."

"Super! I can't wait to be fighting with you..." Fluff trailed off.

"Sapphire."

"Oh I get it! Like your eye color! We'll be such great friends!"

I chuckled.

"Yeah we will be."

I turned to face Chat but he wasn't there. I smiled to myself even though my brain was in a merry-go-round.

I'm going to be a superhero!!!
