- " Nique-Nique!" I heard my momma scream from upstairs. " I'm coming, I yelled down at her." my momma barely even was home to talk to me. My momma didn't say anything, instead she just walked & sat on the sofa. " Nique, your momma agreed on letting me stay here for a while." he said looking towards the door where his things were. " So, this man stay out of my life for nineteen years & you give him a place to stay?" i asked my momma who sat on the sofa looking lost as ever. " Nique look I-" she started saying but I cut her off. " So what, the time he missed with me don't matter to you no more? or it never mattered?" i asked angrily. " Dominique watch your mouth! Your dad & I have been talking & we wanna raise our grandchild together." She said. " Oh so I thought he was going through something?" I said , I didn't care what she had to say after that. I walked upstairs.

- I had to get out of the house with my parents so i called Jaliyah & we set a date to the fair with King & Ja'Quan.

"Nique what's wrong?" Jaliyah asked. But just as I was about to answer her guns shots started going off & you could tell... the shots were being aimed at us ! I started running just like everybody else. & as I fell to my knees, i heard king scream "Nique, No!".
- When I opened my eyes I was in a hospital bed with a gown on. My momma was holding my hand, while Jaliyah, King & Ja'Quan stood up against the wall. " Momma?" I said looking to the side of me where I was. "Yes baby girl?" She said with tears in her eye's. " What happened?" I asked her with my eyes barely open. " You was shot." I heard the doctor say. I looked down, just noticing that I was pregnant. My stomach was FLAT !!!!!
