Morgan's POV.
It's been 4 days since Kelsea found out that her parents were getting a divorce she didn't come to school on Friday it's now Monday morning Kelsea had been ignoring me all weekend. I got ready to go pick her up since Carla says she been in her room all weekend. I got to her house and went to her room which was locked I finally got in with a toothpick. Luckily she was ready to go.
"Kels you ready to go to school?" I asked. She didn't even say anything she picked up her bag and went downstairs I followed her she went and got a breakfast bar and walked straight out of the door and into my car. "Kelsea can you please talk to me." I say. I got nothing out of her we made it to school and she just walked off to her class. I tried to talk to her through out the day but she would just ignore me I decided to just leave her alone. It was finally the end of the day. I walked to Kels last class and waited for her to come out. The bell rang and out walked all of her classmates I said hi to some of my friends and her friends. She finally walked out of the classroom she looked really bad she was like pale, and didn't look happy at all.
"Heyyyy......Kels." I said scared. "Are you okay? I know your not going to answer me but I really miss you and I want to let you know I love you and I'm here for you I hope you know that Kels. I hope you'll come back to me I miss you sooooo much that it's heartbreaking. I'll drop you off today okay?" I say We made it to the car and we were pulling out of the school parking lot I looked over to see Kelsea looking out the window with a sketch pad in her hand drawing all different kinds of lines. I reached over and interwind our hands together. I saw her look up and I saw a hint of a smile on her lips which made me smile. We finally got to her house I pulled into the driveway and unlocked the door. She was putting her stuff away in her bag and was opening the door when I grabbed her hand.
"Kelsea wait can I talk to you for a few minutes?" I ask her. She closes the door and sits back down.
"Morgan what's on your mind?" Kelsea asked surprising me.
"Wow you finally spoke after almost 5 days how's your voice?" I ask.
"I'm sorry Morgan but I still don't want to talk to anyone it's just they have been together since I was born and it hurts like crazy. I didn't know how hard this would be. I know I said that I would be happy as long as I have you but, I KNOW how much this is hurting you and OUR relationship. And I KNOW I'm not that same person that I was when we first started dating I hope I can make this better. I hope if and when I learn something out of this that OUR realtionship will be okay and better because it's good to change sometimes. As long as I have you I KNOW that things will get better because, I LOVE YOU Morgan, and I always will. I don't want that to ever EVER change." Kelsea says. " I want us to last and I KNOW that what I'm going through isn't good for us and I know that and I hope that it ends really really really soon." Kelsea says with tears in her eyes. I've know her to have this tough side to her but not for her to come crashing down on me not like this. I then knew that she was actually really really really hurting deep down inside and I couldn't help her which made it worse on me.
"Kelsea didn't want for it to have to come down to this but I thought that we could use a break so you could find yourself and get things all worked out with your parents because I KNOW you are hurting and I KNOW that you need time to get over this and I will always still be here for you. You will still have me to cry on but I want you to have time to yourself so you can find out how to work things out with your parents. I will always love you I just want what's best for you right now. I love you Kelsea." I say with tears in my eyes I see tears roll down her cheeks. I kissed away her tears. We stayed in the car for about a half an hour talking and laughing. Then it was time for us to say our goodbyes for now.
"Soooo.....were still friends right for now???" Kelsea asks.
"Yeah....For NOW. Until we ready to be more then that again. I'll always love you Kels don't ever forget that." I say.
"I'll always love you to. I won't. So are we aloud to date other people???" Kelsea asks.
"I mean I guess we could and all." I say even though deep down it's breaking my heart.
"Wait before I go their is just one last thing I have to do." Kelsea says. I then feel her soft plum lips on mine making me smile into the kiss and sigh. We break apart and rest our foreheads together. "You know your really cute when you get that sparkle in your eye Morgan." Kelsea says making me blush.
"You know boys aren't supposed to blush. But you sure do know how to make a boy feel like a man. And make them fall at your feet." I say smiling making her blush worse then I was making her look like a rose. "I love you Kels." I say kissing her one last time.
"And I....... Love.........You.............Morgan." Kelsea said in between each kiss.
"Kels I'm still picking you up in the mornings though got it." I say.
"Okay got it see you tomorrow babe!!" Kelsea calls yelling.
"Yeah okay!!! See you tomorrow Kels!!! Love you goodnight!!!" I call from the car. She then makes her way into her house and turns around and waves. I blow her a kiss and she catches it and puts it on her cheek I just smile and head back home. Thinking about what the future would hold for us.
