"Daddy?" There was another young teen in the doorway but she looked more fragile than Logan. Her hair reached past her shoulders to halfway down her back. She looked nervous and terrified. Then they noticed the eyepatch and mask over one eye. The eyepatch was black and shaped like a swan while the mask was like silver feathers around it and looked frankly beautiful. "Lo Lo and I are going out I wasn't sure if he told you" Virgil looked back at her father and Elliot gasped. Their wrist ached and carried on burning under Mitchell's grip which kept tightening like a vice. "You're quite clearly hurting them" She walked forward and pried off Mitchell's hand, then shrieked in disgust after looking down. "I'm fourteen you creep!"

"Wait that's... you've been recording the session? I never said you could do that" Dr Picani looked sterner than when Virgil had first walked in. He plucked the phone from Mitchell's pocket and questioned. "Are you going to get out or am I forcing you?" His voice was so cold it was frozen.

"I'm not going with you" Elliott pushed Mitchell's hand away and looked at Virgil.  "I'm so sorry-"

"It's not your fault he's a creep". Virgil bit the words out and watched Mitchell leave. "I'm just grateful it was his phone..." She walked over to Elliott. "Is his session over Daddy?" Virgil held out a hand and watched Elliott take it. "You could come for coffee with us if it is" She smiled and looked at her father. "Daddy?"

"Oh, why the heck not? Family outing!" Dr Picani smiled as his daughter grinned and began chattering about insanely amazing coffees. He caught Elliott's hand. "And we can cancel your next session if you want."  Elliott shook their head and felt his fingers around their wrist. Dr Picani looked down and let go, apologising when his nails skimmed across Elliott's skin.

"I just won't invite Mitchell, that was a huge mistake, I'm so sorry-" They watched Dr Picani hold a hand up in a peace sign to interrupt them.

"You don't have to apologise for someone else's behaviour. You do however need to tell me the truth. Are you afraid of Mitchell?"

He could already tell that they were but Elliott nodded.

"Try to say it out loud"

Dr Picani's voice and request were so gentle that Elliott did.
