Epilogue
Cassie paced the small room, glancing at the clock, repeatingly, she had tried to relax but just... Couldn’t. She wanted to ask the boys for advice for the interview, but she couldn’t voice her questions, so she kept quiet and continued to pace.
On the other side of the room, Lexi had her earphones in her ears, blasting music that Niall could not recognize. Her eyes dull, her once fiery red hair now a pale blonde. She hadn’t been the same since the day Daniella tried to commit suicide. Niall was growing worried for her. She was becoming more and more lifeless everyday. Not that he could blame her. Everyone was shaken up about Danielle attempt to commit suicide.
Harry seemed the most shaken up. He hadn’t uttered a word to anyone once he had found out. The poor lad thought it was all his fault and blamed himself. The guilt ate him alive. He vowed that once Daniella would wake up from her coma, he’d do everything he could to make her realize that taking her life was never the answer. He wanted to show her that he was perfectly fine, and that he had indeed fainted once he had saw the car speeding toward him.
Besides Harry were Sarah and Kristen who after this interview would not be in the United States of America. The two would be shipped back home which was Canada for Kristen, and India for Sarah. Zayn was making their last moments worth it. He was without a doubt in love with Kristen. He could tell she felt the same way by the way her eyes would sparkle when she’d look at him.
Unlike those two love birds, Sarah and Liam we're basically best friends. They knew each other like the back of their hands and spent hours just talking. Sarah never really realized how easy it was to talk to Liam.
Louis suddenly clapped his hands loudly causing 16 eyes to look in his direction. “We can’t be depressed and sad about Daniella, and us going back on tour. We need to show our fans that we’re perfectly fine, and still ourselves.” The boys nodded. Making contact with the girls, Louis added, “You guys also have to show that you're not bad people. I know it’s hard right now, but at least... try to be all happy go lucky and whatnot.” The girls nodded sluggishly. “And Harry, take a nap, you have bags under your eyes. When was the last time you went to sleep?”
Harry shrugged. “Idunno... 1, 2, maybe 3 days ago?” On cue, he yawned.
“I think we all need some sleep,” Liam suggested. “It’ll be awhile till we arrive in California. But it’d be best to wait until the plane arrives.”
“How long do you think we have?” Lexi asked.
“About an hour or two,” Liam replied.
“Good. I miss being a redhead,” Lexi said, picking up a stand of hair, causing Niall to smile and Liam to chuckle.
“You look better as one too,” Louis stated.
“Yeah... Blonde isn't your color sweetheart,” Sarah said sheepishly.
“Ugh. I know,” Lexi mumbled.
***
Sarah mentally frowned at the lady who was resculpting her face with an odd object called make-up. The substance felt weird icky on her face. She couldn’t say or do anything or the lady would fuss at her with her strong accent. She pronounced everything with the “vee” sound. It was amusing at first... But then the lady started yelling at her. As that happened, her head was being jerked roughly by another lady who was styling her hair. She felt like a completely different person, but kept quiet and wondered how actresses and actors have to deal this? If it took all of this to go on national T.V, then Sarah would never want to go on it ever again. Her eyes flickered toward the girls. Lexi had gotten in nearly a fist fight with her hair and makeup stylists. They tried to make her into a totally different person, which Lexi didn’t agree with, nest thing you know, the hair stylist has a large chunk cut off of her hair, and the makeup artist has glittery hair.In the end, Lexi got her hair curlied, and makeup her way. Cassie looked adorable. Her pixie cut has straight as always with a little red heart headband in it, along with an off the shoulder red shirt with a black belt around her waist, and black pants. Kristen and Zayn wore matching purple jerseys. Kristen’s hair was in waves, with a purple bow in it.
