Morning- Biology Class

"Which chemical elements make up the majority of living biological matter?" A dry voice asked, only to continue boring the exhausted students.

The teacher paused as if waiting for a response. He quickly scanned the room, but no one seemed to be interested in answering his rather lame question.

"The chemical elements that make up the majority of the molecules of living organisms are oxygen (O), carbon (C), hydrogen (H) and nitrogen (N)." He answered for them, gently rolling his crystal eyes.

If you ask me, he was quite the young lad for a teacher. He had just got out of college two years ago and wanted to pursue teaching biology. And he would be pretty hot too if he wouldn't continuously bore us out of our right minds every day.

I glared to my right to see Dakota, picking at her freshly done acrylic nails. Oddly enough, she was wearing a sweatshirt. This might seem average for a college girl, but Dakota's usually nothing short of average. A very showy, active, party girl. I suppose that's what makes her a Libra. After all, I've only ever seen her in a crop top and shorts.

"What are you looking at brat?" She spat harshly, turning her head towards me.

I chuckled slightly. Was it bad that seeing her outraged made me the slightest bit happier? If so, I've done something wrong.

"I was just curious where you were all last night," I whispered slyly, glaring at the teacher to make sure he couldn't see us. "I thought you weren't going to stay at the party?"

"Oh shut, UP, Mable, your such a hypocrite!" She fiercely whispered. I hated when she called me by my real name. "I know you weren't there either! I was in our dorm room at six sharp, and you were nowhere to be found.

I bit my lip, desperately trying to think of reasoning. What would be a good reason to be sleeping in your, "Neighbors" dorm at midnight? I sighed, there was no possible way I could get around this.

"Fine! But only because you said YOU would be back, and you were nowhere to be found." I said, ceasing my breath.

"Ha," She giggled cutely, "You thought I, would tell, the- the truth?" The broke down into silent laughter.

"Ms. West!" The biology teacher, (Zachary) snapped coldly.

Dakota froze, turning her head to the teacher. The whole classroom silently stared at her, waiting for her response. Dakota was what you would call the, "Popular Girl" But I personly believe there are a fall and rise for everyone. You might be popular for a while, but then the thing goes terribly wrong and the exorcist come after you. It's just life.

"Y-yes M-Mr. Young?" She nervously stuttered between heartbeats. I could feel her glare at me with immense rage. A look that purely said, revenge.

"Please meet me in the teacher's lounge after class."

"Y-Yes, sir."

I tried to hold back my laughter, and I succeeded. Surprisingly. The classroom couldn't help but let out a chuckle as they turned themselves back to their Biology homework.
