Part 6 : I need to move on

Toni's pov :

" Hi Toni"  Jughead said and looked at me with a strange look. 

" What's that look Jug ? " I replied. 

" You see that girl right here ? she said that you are really pretty and she asked me to give you her phone number." He gave me a little paper with a little text : Hi Toni, my name is Veronica. You're so pretty I hope you will send me a text. XOXO.

OMG the girl was Veronica... Cheryl told me that her best friend's name was Veronica. 

" Thanks Jug" the school's ring sounded and I let Jug in the corridor.

I send a text to Veronica. I knew that it wasn't her fault if Cheryl reject me but she was the only solution for me to show to Cheryl how it was to be rejected by the person you really love.

Toni :  Hi Veronica, it's Toni you are very pretty too. Do you want to meet me at Pop's after school ? 

Veronica : I will love it . 

At Pop's :

" You are very interesting you know. I didn't think that you will accept to meet me" Veronica said timidly. 

" Of course I accepted. I have a question for you. I know that you are Cheryl's bestfriend but she hate my gang, you know she will never be agreed with the fact that her bestfriend dating a serpent like." I asked, yeah I need to show to Cheryl that I dating her bestfriend  and that she lost me. 

"Dating?" she laughed. " Cheryl is my bestfriend that's true but I choose who I dating and if she's not okay with that it's her problem" she put her hand on mine, " Look Toni I really like you and don't worry Cheryl will accept us"

" Can I kiss you ? " I asked.

She rushed on me and began to kiss me passionately. I felt nothing but I need to pretend that I liked her to bless Cheryl.

The next day at Riverdale High

Cheryl's pov

" Cheryl I need to tell you something" Veronica said she was very nervous. 

" what's wrong V ?" I asked. 

" I am dating someone but you are not gonna love her... " she admited. 

" Her ? Who is the lucky girl ?" I asked I was a little bit jealous, Veronica has the courage to said who she was and now she can dating the person she loves. If I had this chance I will tell to Toni that I love her, Yes I said "love". I have to admit that I don't love Reggie, he's kind but he's boring. When I was with Toni the time was stoped I am scared to never feel that again. But it's impossible First, it's impossible for me to came out, my parents will send me so far away and secondly, I lost Toni and I need to accept it. 

" She's name is T..." she was stoped by... Toni.

" Hi honney" she kissed Veronica, " hi Cheryl". 

Reggie arrived and hugged me.

" A serpent ? You are dating a serpent?" I shouted, the real question was with all grils who were at school why she choose the girl I love ???

" You know Cheryl I am very proud of Veronica, some people are so attached to their reputation to let their heart choose the person they are dating  and Veronica let her heart choose me. I am very lucky to call her my girlfriend and I love her. If you are a real friend for her accept us" she finished. 

I know that I was the person she described, that was a trap she don't love Veronica she just want to show me that she can forget me to make me jealous and guess what ? Her plan totally opperated. 

" Fine" I wanted to cry, " If you are happy V I am too" I left the place and go back to my home I can't see Toni with Veronica one more minut.
