Chapter 4

Lily's POV

I ran home from school today as fast as I could. I needed to get ready! My room was a mess my makeup must be smugded. Gosh.. I still couldn't believe that Derian was coming over ! He was just.. So cute. I mean the camo was a little off putting but I had gotten used to it. I let down my hair from the little bow and instead left my hair flow down. I had mastered the technique of flicking my hair back so it lays perfectly out of my eyes.

"LILY ! " I groan and open the door. I am surprised when I smack right into a hard chest. I fall back and feel someone fall into my back. I swear it its Jamie I'm gonna kill him!

"Well hello dear" Derians voice is like magic to my ears. Wait.. Derian. I open my eyes and see the natural blonde hair that is growing on him upper lip. I also notice that his eyes are blue green.. Wow.. I didn't know that.

"Hi-I " I smile and just enjoy Homs hands in my hips. I don't feel the need to move, cuz it feels nice to finally be this close.

"Should I get up?" Derian whispers softly. I bite my lip and nod, as much as it goes against my essence. I just wanna stay here but if Jamie or mom were to walk in, I don't know how I'd explain.

Derian got up and grabbed my hand helping me up. With that I smiled and sat down on my bed, with Derian following. I smirked and noticed he was looking at my shirt. Did I get something on it?! I look down and notice that there is nothing, weird.

Derian crosses his leg and grabs my blanket covering his lap. Is he ? No it's fine hahah. We lay down and talk for what seems like no time, before I know it its "12:00am". Holy crap! I mean it was so nice, I find someone who understands me. It was so interesting that a man that is nothing like me actually understands me. We talked about bands and family and life.

I don't know who this man is but how was it was easy for him to break down barriers that I'd kept up for years, in one day.
