Bionic Birthday Fail

It's been three weeks since I've seen Chase Davenport that kiss was something big I've been avoiding him, I only talk to Bree not even Leo and he used to be my best friend, it's his birthday tonight and Bree has been pressuring me into going all week so I decided that I would I don't have to talk to Chase. He'll be there I know that but I don't have to talk to him.

Once I arrive at the Davenport/Dooley's I get pulled into a hug by Adam, Cassie I missed you, Adam it's only been three weeks. It feels like a life time. I missed you to Adam.

The party includes a break dancing clown, glitter head, shark man and flipper boy, a bouncy house and a limbo pole.

I manage to stay away from Chase the whole night, unfortunately Bree and Adam roped me into cleaning up afterwards after we finish I sit next to Bree on her left and Chase sits on her right. Adams trying to blow the broken door bouncy house up.

Mr Davenport and Tasha come through the front door, Bree, Chase and I jump up from the couch, what in the name of the newly grounded is going on here, we threw an awesome party for Leo. Oh that is so sweet of you guys, Tasha said Mr Davenport didn't believe us.

Yeah right hiding behind the Leo shield well played, speaking of which, where is Leo Tasha asked Eddie pops up on the thing on the wall. He's right here! He says, Leo's face pops up on the screen. Where I've been for the past three hours. Yep! Just waiting for the signal.

Eddie let Leo upstairs now, Chase said. Alright theres my signal, let me get this straight, so you guys had a surprise birthday party for Leo without Leo Mr Davenport laughs, okay well Leo's going to be back up here in just a few seconds, why don't we act like the party is still going on?

Chase did a count down and we said surprise when Leo comes up he did not look happy. I thought my first birthday with you guys was gonna be awesome and you know what it probably was but I wouldn't know because I wasn't invited.

I give Bree and Adam a hug and I give Leo his present, I can feel eyes on me I turn around to see Chase staring at me, I'm just about to leave but Bree super speeds around the house I get super speed to the Lab, Bree what are you..... She runs off, two seconds later she runs back in with no other then the boy I've been ignoring for the past three weeks.

You two are going to sit here locked in the lab until you talk to each other, Bree this isn't funny I have to go home dad will be worried. Don't worry he thinks your staying here the night besides bestie you live next door, bree i love you to bits but there's nothing to talk about.

Yes there is and you both know what I'm talking about, with those words she walks out the doors close. Eddie open these doors, Chase says, sorry no can do have fun Eddie replies, I sigh and hop up on the cyber desk I smile remembering when me and Chase were holding hands up here, okay and I'm getting down I go over to the rock climbing wall instead and start climbing.

Cassie what are you doing? Climbing on a rock climbing wall duh! Get down from there it's dangerous Chase says shut up, Cassie please I don't want to see you get hurt, it's a little to late for that Chase.

I'm about six foot up by this point with Chase standing directly below me. I feel around for my foot hole, where is it, my foot slips and I fall straight into Chase's arms, what are you gonna say I told you so I ask him.

No, then I realise how close our faces are, with me still in his arms he sits me back up on the cyber desk and takes a seat next to me. Look Cassie there's something I need to tell you, and here it comes. Cassie the other week after student of the semester when we.....you know, Cassie I've been waiting to do that ever since I've met you, I like you Cassie I like you a lot.

Well I did not expect that drop a bomb on me

Chase...... No it's okay I get you don't like me in that way, I just needed to tell you I'll call Bree to get...... I cut Chase off by kissing him after a few seconds i pull away, what was that? Chase I like you I've always liked you.

But why did you run away the other week if you like me? I was scared you wouldn't like me back I had convinced myself that you didn't. Chase takes my hand in his, Cassie will you be my girlfriend?
