Joy kept herself busy with her studies while  watching the internet cafe, it has lots of perks working there. She can not only study but do her research as well, having a nice owner is a plus too.

The doorbell made a sound, indicating that someone just came inside.

"Open time." the guy said directly.

Joy looked at him before standing up.

"Can I look at your ID please?"

"What for?"

"Uh... Identification?" Duh, what else idiot? Since he's a minor for sure.

The guy glance at his wrist watch before turning his attention back to her.

Showing his watch to her he said, "It's only 7 pm."

Joy smiled. "But minors are only allowed only until 9 so I can't allow you 'open-time'" Joy hovered on the computer "If you start now, you'll get 2 hours, that would be enough right?"

"Look here, I'm friends with the owner. Do you want me to tell him to fire you?"

Joy was startled but did not show it. This kid...

"Go ahead."Joy couldn't care less. Though she's nervous on the inside.

He scoffed, taking his phone out from his pocket and dialed a number while looking at her.

"Jin hyung, what's with the old lady here in your internet cafe? I told her I'm your friend but she won't let me inside."

Joy heard her boss' laugh at the other side knowing already the situation. And what did he say? O-old lady? She felt infuriated. She's now much more determined not to let him inside.

You're testing me kid...

"Jungkook... She won't let you inside now that you said that."

"It's true."

"Hey, you're only one year apart. But anyways, don't take it out on her, she's just doing her job. And it's true that you're a minor so just stay only until 9 pm, no make it 9:30, as an extension."

"Hyung!"

"Shut up now will you? I'm busy. Don't make it hard for her. It's hard finding part timers like her, you hear me? I'm hanging up- bye."

Joy sighed out of relief, now she can fully smile at him and take note, mockingly. The kid is actually glaring at her but still walked inside, so she just followed where he's going to sit and input the number of hours he's going to play.

And so 9:30 passed. The kid walked passed her glaring but Joy did not spare him a glance.

After her shift, she directly went to a convenience and payed for a cup of noodles. As she was about to sit on a corner, she saw the guy earlier, slurping his noodles away.

She put down her cup noodles and sat one chair between them.

"What are you doing here?" He asked as soon as he saw her.

"Wae? I'm not allowed here too? I should be the one asking you that, it's already late in the evening." she said while separating the chopstick and stirring the noodles filled with hot water.

"You're really weird. You're the girl here. And I'm not a kid, I'm just a year younger than you."

"Yeah,yeah. Whatever you say." Joy slur her noodles. "Hmh~ it's so delicious!" she said with amazement even though her mouth is full.

"Aish, so unladylike." He handed her a tissue after seeing liquid drips on her mouth.

Joy smiled, showing him her eye cat smile while taking the tissue from his hand. "hehe, thanks."
