My throat is aching, hours upon hours of screaming and crying have ravaged me. It's probably unusable now.
I wonder when they will let me out.
If they let me out.
Shivers overtake my body, rattling me so hard my head smashes against the wall and I see stars. The concrete floor is sucking out any heat left in my already ruined body. I can feel the blood turning to ice in my veins.
How long till this kills me? Minutes? Hours? Days?
I hear footsteps approaching and my body locks up. After a few minutes they pass, and a whimper escapes my throat, tearing its way up. Slowly, steadily it builds into a howl.
Eventually I tire myself, and pass out huddled in the back corner.
