Friends x journey x beginning

After exploring the ship with Gon , he sensed a big storm which made us go inside to take cover.

After telling Gon that I'll be taking a nap until our destination he then went to help the other passengers that had sea sickness.

"Nee (y/n) wake up ! The captain is calling for us" Gon said enthusiastically, how can be so happy about everything? Did he swallow the sunshine for breakfast or something?

"Mmm alright Gon , coming!" I said while rubbing my sleepy eyes to which he chuckled.

Time skip to captain deck

"Alright first tell me your names." The captain said

Not surprisingly Gon's hand sprung up "I'm Gon" he cheerfully said.

"I'm Kurapika" Kurapika said in an elegant tone of voice . 'Wow' he looks way better in person that in the anime , okay I'm blushing hard, 'breathe' I tell myself , let the fan girl inside calm down.

"It's leorio" the angry man said , 'mmm' I think how old was he again , heh whatever 🤷🏻‍♀️ old man.

There's an awkward silence until Gon elbows me , letting me know it's my turn "A-Ah I'm (y/n)" I bow my head in hopes to hide my blushing face.I wasn't paying attention to the captain next question until leorio started making a fuss.

"Oy ! If you're not an examiner, you can't boss us around!" Leorio barked as he pointed his finger to the captain.

Gon completely ignored the rambling man and said "my dad is a hunter , I left whale island because I want to know why my dad desired so much to be a hunter!"he said enthusiastically
Alright I can't be left behind

" I want to become a hunter because I'm looking for adventure!" I said with a cheeky smile 😊.

Soon enough leorio's loud voice rang through my ears leaving me momentarily deaf. He kept giving out about gon and I answering the captains question.

It wasn't long before Leorio and Kurapika went for each other's neck. The boys soon took things outside. As the storm intensified, so did their moods .

"Nee Gon I'll go and make sure they are okay"  I said to the boy who looked worried, which he replied with an understanding nod.

As a went to the ships deck a strong gush of wind blew against my body 'tch, it's cold. I have to find the boys and if I remember correctly the boys help Gon and the sailor from falling off the ship' as I'm planning the scene in my mind I hear Gon yelling.

"Katsuo-saaaan!" That's Gon voice. 'Crap I'm late' I think as I see the young sailor flying by towards the ocean.I rush towards them knowing I won't be able to catch him.

Kurapika and leorio seem to have noticed and speed up to help, quickly falling short , and the sailor long gone "Damn it !" Both of them muttered under their breath.

I see Gon speeding past them and I'm following close on his tail , fully trusting Kurapika and leorio to catch us.

Gon manages to grab the young sailor's hands and as they make contact I grab Gon's ankles while Kurapika and Leorio grab onto mine , creating a human ladder and pulling us up.

Time skip shortly after the storm has passed

"You idiots! If we hadn't grab you legs, you'd both be shark bait now!" Leorio exclaims scaring all the seagulls away.

"Honestly ...how reckless can you two be?" Kurapika said in a matter of fact tone while crossing his arms over his chest.

"But you did catch us." Gon said enthusiastically. 'Does he ever feel fear?' I think to myself .
