"I love you" he said softly moving his full lips, as he managed a sweet little smile staring into my eyes.
I smiled back as I quickly took a glimpse of his dimple on the left side of his cheek, and looked down to the ground avoiding awkward eye contact. His muscular arms wrapped around from my back as he laid a gentle kiss on my right cheek, leaving a comforting feeling.
It was already dark and pouring rain out. His left arm was still wrapped around my shoulder as we began walking back home. I gazed at his soft, dark brown curls, which were already damp from the rain. "Hey!" I said as he turned his head in confusion. "I'll race you to my house!" I exclaimed as we began running down the silenced street.
As we approached my front porch we shared equal quiet smiles and separated ways. "Wait!" I heard a holler from behind, as I turn around in surprise seeing him standing. We were just about 10 meters apart as we stood for 5 long seconds staring in silence, only hearing the rain drops pour.
He bolted towards me, still panting from his 10 meter run as he said in a soothing voice "I forgot to say goodbye!" His neck gradually bent down to my head as he reached for my neck with his big, yet gentle hands and matched his lips into mines...
