Neil's condition was becoming worse. The doctors informed that he needs blood as soon as possible and there is no 'O-' blood in the hostipal and it is very rare to find it within hours.
The director started asking everyone about their blood group and finally came to Avni. She was sitting like a robot with no emotions on her face.
Director : Avni.. Tumhara blood group?
Avni : Mera blood group?
Director : Bolo Avni, tumhara blood group kya hai?
Avni : Mere blood group kya hai? Kya hai mujhe yaad nhi aa rha..
Director : Avni hum Neil ko hamesha ke liye kho denge! Hosh me aao aur yaad Karo!
Avni : Mera Neil...
Director bend down in front of Avni and took her hands in his.
Director : Avni I know tum dono ke beech kuch hai.. Dont worry sab theek ho jyega bas ek baar blood mil jye..
Avni : Neil aur mera blood group O- hai.. Me blood de sakti hu!
Director : What! Avni jaldi jao... hamare paas time bohat kam hai..
Avni went inside Neils room. Avni was lying on bed and Neil was lying on another bed beside her. She was donating her blood to him. After sometime, the docter said that he is out of danger and a big smile plastered on her face.
Director and crew left AvNeil alone as Neil was out of danger and AvNeil needed some alone time. Neil was under observation whole night. The doctor said that he will gain consciousness in the morning.
Avni was sitting beside him, holding his right hand and she kept her head above his head. She was sleeping. Neil slowly opened his eyes and saw the surrounding. He realized that he is in hospital.
The nurse came to check on Neil. She saw that he woke up.
Nurse : Good morning Neil.
Neil : Good morning..
Nurse : You know, tum bohat lucky ho Jo tumhe itna pyaar karne wali biwi mili hai..
Neil : What?
Nurse : Ha tumhari biwi.. Dekho..
Neil saw that Avni was sleeping clinging to him. His lips automatically turned into curve. For a second, he forgot everything happened between them and stared at her lovingly..
Nurse : Agar tumhe yeh time per blood nhi deti na toh tum tho..
Neil : Avni ne mujhe blood diya!!
Because of his voice, Avni woke up and saw him looking at her. She immediately cupped his face with her hands.
Avni : Neil, tum theek hona?
Neil : Tumne mujhe blood diya?
Avni : I am sorry, mujh jaisi najayaz ka khoon tumhe lena padha..
Neil : Najayaz! yeh kya bol rhi ho tum?
Avni : Isliye tumne hamara rishta thoda na?

Because of shouting, Neil felt a sudden pain in his abdomen.

Neil : Hamara rishta meri wajah se tootha?
Avni : Tumne hi toh phone kiya tha na ki Tum ek najayaz ke saath koi rishta nhi rakhna chahte!

Avni : Mene aesa kab kaha?
Neil : Isiliye me London chala gya kyuki Mitali ne mujhe suggest kiya..
Avni : Tumne phone per kaha ki Mitali ne tumhe sab sach bta diya that I m illegitimate.
Neil : Oh freak! Mitaliii
Avni : Ha hum bhool kaise gye ki Mitali tumse pyaar karti hai...
Neil : Use pyaar nhi, obsession kehte hai Avni..

Neil : Avni I m sorry, mujhe itna bad a faisla lene ke pehle tumse ek baar milna chahiye tha..
Avni : Neil, Kaisi Yeh Judaai Hai..Ek dusre se itna pyaar karke bhi hum alag ho gye...
Neil : Avni, kya past ko bhool kar hum ek nayi shuruwaat kar sakte hai?
Avni : Ha, jaha sirf tum aur me ho.. Koi chipkali nhi..
Neil : Chipkali? Avni tum bhi na..
Neil kissed Avni on forehead affectionately and sealed the deal with a passionate kiss.
