Chapter 7

I have two more hours till I see Jake, and I'm feeling very elated to do the video, I can't wait!

Luckily enough for me, my first lecture was cancelled. The lecturer had an accident, and even though he almost died I really thank God he had an accident.

Ok that really did sound wrong.

Well I wasn't so lucky with my last class for the day, the professor was unnecessarily dragging everything and making the class boring.

He even spent extra time than he was supposed to! It was hell. I'm sure my butt has reduced from sitting down for so long.

Throughout the class I've been trying Cats line, she is not picking up, nor replying my chats can you imagine 53 good missed calls, she better had misplaced her phone.

The professor leaves the class finally!

"Hallelujah" I shout in relief.

Hope it was not to soon and he didn't hear me .

The guy beside me chuckles, and I turn to meet his smile, and well the guy really had good teeth... It was white and shinny.

I wonder what tootpaste he uses.

Students start shuffling out of class grumbling.

"Hey, I'm Brayn" he says, and I stare at his eyes they were a mixture of two colors green and gold

"Are those eye contacts?" I ask and I mentally face palm myself, how rude.

"Oh sorry, I'm Grace. You have really nice eyes" I try to redeem myself.

He laughs

"They are not contacts"

"OK nice, alright. I'm going now, bye, see you, bye" God what is wrong with me, I see a fine guy wanting to talk to me and I'm just embarrassing myself.

'Grace whats wrong with you, this is so not you'

"Let's go"

"What, are you going my way? Do you even know where I'm headed?" I say open mouthed, my eyes flashing like touch light.

"Yeah, we are headed in the same direction which is out of these class, then probably out of the department, right?" he grins.

"Yeah" I give a tight lip smile, standing up.

"I swear after the 30 minutes into the class I was lost, I didn't get anything from then. I can't believe the man used three hours" Bryan complains as we walk out of the department.

"The worst part is that the way he teaching is so boring" I add as we pass his office.

Again! Grace when would you start being careful?

"Did he hear me?" I ask

"It doesn't matter, does it?" he smiles mischievously, his eyes lighting up.

"Business Finance is a stupid course!" Bryan shouts, people turning to see who just shouted.

Well doesn't he just love trouble. Call me goody, but I appreciate my scholarship.

I don't wait to see if any lecturer reacts and start working faster, and he races up to me.

"Hey, why are you moving so fast?"

Is he dumb, I'm trying to get away from him.

"I don't know you" I declare, walking faster.

"Chill, they can do shit about nothing" he says confidently.
