The tortoise song (ha ha ha)

This song has nothing to do with tortoises. I called it the tortoise song because it reminds me of the tortoise and the hare for some reason. I write this song a very long time ago, in fact I think I was still in primary school when I started writing it because I was being bullied quite heavily and that is what the song is about.

What do you think you're doing, trying to make me play your game?

Think you can control me? You're wrong, ain't that a shame?

You run as quick as lightning, I go at  a slower pace

But I'll say "ha ha ha" and I will win the race

You're selfish and you're cunning, trying to make me hurt.

I can see that fighting back is never gonna work

You push me down, you beat me up, I'm standing in the rain

But I say "ha ha ha" and I will hide my pain

(Ha ha ha I'm gonna hide my pain)

And I will laugh when I'm hurting

I will laugh when I fall

And when you are defeated

I will laugh even more

You say I ain't got no sense,  well you're a hypocrite

You have no right to hate on me just 'cause you think you're 'fit'

You're throwing insults like grenades - this place is gonna burn

But I say "ha ha ha" and I will wait my turn

You only wanna bring me down because I'm higher than you!

I'm not trying to ruin your life, you did that yourself

I'm just saying all this hating has to be bad for your health
