I have spent this day
Reading poetry and listen to music
Songs that have changed my thinking
Poetry that has opened my eyes
And I have come to a decision
Probably now you don't care
But we both know I didn't get here by myself
Maybe you will attend my funeral
People will miss me, but will you?
Or more importantly, will I miss you?
No amount of tears will ever
Bring me back
By the time you find this and read
I would have died
Suicide solution!
Because your words tore my heart
And burst my arteries
Sucked air out of my lungs
And left me like a log, lifeless
You needle-like words tore me
Instead of stitching me up
