I woke up to white walls and the smell of sanitizer. Fluttering my eyes I notice people talking before opening my eyes.

"She hit her head pretty hard she should go home their is only one class left anyways so she won't miss much" I recognize that voice, it's nurse Wong

"Alright I will get straight home don't worry. Thank you" someone says

"No problem darling" nurse wong replies.

Trying to sit up I accidentally hit something and nurse wongs and Talins eyes turn to mine.

"Good thing your awake darling" said nurse Wong." Well I should get going Talin here will eat you Home safe and sound." She said before walking out the door.

After she left the room the room was left with an awkward silence. Looking up at Talin I thought about something to say so this would be awkward anymore.

Clearing my throat I say " umm thanks for bring me here"

He looks up at me and nods saying "no problem. Packs got to each other don't they." He says scratching his head.

Looking around the room I remember what Martha had told me to do I quickly look to Talin.

"Excuse me beta.." He cuts me off saying "you can call me Talin"

"Alright Talin Martha told me to tell you that you have to keep Alex out Of the pack house long enough for everything to be ready" I say my voice fading at the end.

Talin nods saying "ok thanks for telling me I will tell Martha that I got the message"

After that the awkward silence was cut and Talin helped me to the car as we made our way to the pack house.

When we arrived to pack house Talin dropped me off and I walked inside Heading towards the kitchen. Walking into the kitchen I look for Martha.

"Martha, Martha" I said looking everywhere in the kitchen not finding her. Going to the back door I walk out to see Martha decorating in the back getting the tables set.

"Martha" I yell getting her attention.

"Hey darling" she says coming up. "Wait, why are you home early?" She asks giving me the look.

"No I am not skipping." I say before she can continue. "actually I got hurt in PE so I came home and, I thought if I am already home maybe I could help with the decorations.

"No you may not." Martha says. "I think you need rest so go and lay down in your room."

Before I could protest she was pushing me out of the room. Giving up I go to room and fall on to my bed falling asleep almost right away.

It's 7pm and its almost time for Talin to bring Alex to the party.

Right now I am setting up the table with the drinks and snacks with a lot of trying to convince Martha.

All of a sudden their is a lot of noises coming from the front. "I guess the birthday boy is there."

Another 2 minutes of setting up when my wolf starts going wild. Not being able to understand what it was saying. I quickly go to my room changing into my gym clothes and going for a run.

You see when your wolf doesn't feel well its usually because you haven't gone a run for a while.

Leaving the house through the back door my wolf starts to get even more uncomfortable.
