*Louis Pov*

I could feel his breath hitting my neck, the smell of safety invading my nostrils.

My eyes slowly peeked open, Harry hovering over me.

"Wake up, Lou." He whispered to me softly, his lips kissing up my neck.

"Wh-Where am I?" I asked him sleepily, his eyes glowing.

"In our bed, baby. In the hotel room." He whispered to me softly, his voice soft with content.

I nodded softly, my body wriggling closely towards him.

"You fell asleep, it's 8pm now boo." He chuckled, his lips grazing my forehead.

"Sorry, Haz." I mumbled sheepishly, my hand clasping his.

He squeezed it reassuringly, "Got a surprise for you anyway, love." He told me, a smile on his lips.

Our bodies were facing each other, chest to chest.

"What? Oh my god Haz what is it?" I asked him, excitement coursing through my veins.

I quickly sat up, moving so my legs were straddling his lap.

"Wouldn't be a surprise if I told you, lovely." He grinned to me, his hands splaying across my exposed hipbones.

"Haaaaaaarryyyyy." I groaned, my lips chasing his own.

He just laughed, "You'll find out tomorrow, Lou."

I groaned, resting my head against his shoulder.

"It's a good surprise, right?" I asked quietly into his chest.

"It would never be a bad one, baby." Harry replied, placing a kiss on my forehead.

I nodded, my stomach rumbling at the same time.

"We need to feed the kitten, hmm?" He said, laughter escaping his lips.

I could feel my cheeks burst red, giggling into Harrys shoulder.

"I guess I'm a bit hungry." I laughed along, pulling him close to me.

"I got us some snacks and that when you were sleeping, love." He said softly, smiling as we ate in a peaceful silence.

"How's your stomach doing, baby?" Harry asked me after a lengthy pause, his fingers finding their way to my damaged stomach.

"It-It's fading a bit now." I said quietly, memories of Nick invading my thoughts.

He nodded gently, his fingertips crawling underneath his top I was wearing. His fingers glided across the woolen bandage wrapped around my tummy, soothing the pain there.

"I'm sorry all this happened to you, boo." He murmured quietly, his lips pressing against the cotton.

We left the hotel about half a hour later, soft kisses and hugs shared between each other before we left.

Harry kept me close to him as we walked down the emptying Paris streets, aware of how frightened the strangers and sounds made me.

"You're alright, baby. I'm right here." He whispered, leaning down to kiss me on the cheek. I nodded quickly, his arm tightening around my waist.

His eyes continuously glanced down at me as we walked down the darkening streets, his hands rubbing into my back. Reminding me I was safe with him.

"H-Haz? What's that, that big thing? Over there it's like, a, a-" I asked him, curiosity overtaking my fear.

His laugh soon met my ears, a kiss against my forehead.
