~Madison's pov~

" when I left the next day after finding out you were pregnant I went and bought you something " Stokeley says getting up and taking a small box out of his pocket

It was a ring It was heart shaped with diamonds around it
" its a promise ring , one day it'll turn into a wedding ring " he says with a smile
He grabs my hand and puts the ring on my hand , I gave him a kiss

" thank you , I love it what made you decide to get it now? " I ask
He's never really bought me anything
He's also never spent the night with me

" because I want to promise you that I won't cheat anymore , I won't let you or my baby down I love you and I'm going to love this baby" he puts his hand in my stomach

He completely ignored the fact jahseh said the baby wasn't his , he hasn't brought it up at all
Maybe he didn't believe him ?

" there's not really a huge bump yet " I smile looking down at my stomach

" it's gonna be a boy , we're naming him josh "

" someone named Stokeley shouldn't be allowed to name another human " I say seriously, Imagine being pregnant for 9 months just to name your kid josh

" whatever josh isn't even an ugly name " he rolls his eyes

" thank you for the promise ring , I love you " I say wrapping my arms around his neck

" please stop pretending like y'all are Inlove " Nayeli says standing by the door

" please stop being a bitch " I say getting up to close my door

" this is why we aren't bestfriend anymore and you know moms home , Stokeley ain't allowed at the house you know that close the door and I'm telling on you " she shrugs

" Nayeli come with me " Stokeley says
Um okay when did they become friends?
They went into the bathroom connected to my bedroom and left the door cracked open a little and Stokeley tried to whisper but he's loud

" I'll give you $30 if you don't snitch "

" fine "

" don't pay her not to snitch " I say opening the door all the way

" MOOOOMMMMM " Nayeli yells
I quickly slam the bathroom door and run to my moms room so she don't come into mine

" hey ma " I say laying across her bed

" what's Nayeli yelling for? "

" because she wanted my phone so I took it and ran " it was the only lie I could think of
Hoping Stokeley would pay her or something to shut the fuck up I sat on my moms bed for a few minutes before getting up and walking out without saying anything
We don't talk much anymore it's awkward

Stokeley was laying on my bed with his eyes closed so I ran and jumped on him

" FUCK " he yells I quickly put my hand over his mouth
" shut up before my momma hears you "
I get up to close and lock my door

" sneaking around is kind of fun " i say as I climb back on top of him
He stayed laying down while I sat on him

" unless we get caught then we both getting our asses whooped " he laughs

" let's go out tomorrow just like , go chill at the lake or something " he suggests

Also something he's never asked me to do
It was always just him coming over for sex
Then he'd leave shortly after
Sometimes When he would come over he'd spend actual time with me without having sex
But not to often

" yeah sure , we should get something to eat first because ima be hungry " I say

" how do you know youll be hungry tomorrow?" he asks

" um have you met me? I'm always hungry "

" yeah you're right , but now you-" "
I heard a knock on my door so I put my hand on Stokeleys mouth

" yeah? " I say loudly

" it's dinner time " my mom says

" okay I'm going to clean up and I'll be down in a second " I heard her walk down the stairs
I get up and walk over to the door
" love you stay here don't leave! " I say quickly as I open the door and close it again

This dinner will be weird ..
My mom still barely talks to me
She feeds me and makes sure that I'm okay but she doesn't say much to me
Not like she used to, I can tell it disappointed her but my relationship and life seems to be going good now
She'll come around
I walk downstairs to see jahseh at the table
Well of course he's here He's always here

" hey jah , hey neli " I say , I look over at my mom debating on saying anything to her
" hey ma " I say quietly
" hey tell Stokeley come downstairs I know he's in your room I heard you guys laughing " she replies setting plates down in front of jahseh and Nayeli
" oh um okay " I slowly get back up to tell him
" sit back down you don't have to go up there
STOKELEY COME EAT " my mom yells

" um hey sorry I know I'm not supposed to be here I just missed Madison " he says sitting next to me

" so then leave " jahseh mumbles

" shut up bitch " Stokeley says
My mom gave them both a death stare so they shut up , she's kind of scary
It was quiet for most of the dinner

" um the doctor called earlier and I have my two month appointment next week can you take me? " I ask my mom

" if I don't work yes if not you'll have to find your own way " she shrugs

" I can take you if you need me to " jahseh says

" no you won't take her stop tryna talk to her you know she has a boyfriend the fuck " Stokeley snaps

" Stokeley please don't be disrespectful in my house after I let you stay when you ain't even supposed to be here " my mom says

" sorry ma'am " he replies

" thank you jah " I say , he offered to take me to an appointment for his baby and got yelled at
Stokeley should've gotten slapped
I seen Stokeley roll his eyes but I ignored it and continued to eat

" it's getting late I should go " Stokeley says getting up
" thank you for dinner and for not kicking me out " he says to my mom
She smiles and gets up , she gives him a hug and cleans his plate
" why'd you hug him? Thought you were mad at us " I say
" I have to get over it don't I? He's my grand babies father " she shrugs
