Shoto did as he was told and followed the girl.

When they reached the outdoors Shoto's eyes sparkled. Their was a small park set up. It had two swings, two slides, monkey bars, and rock climbing.

Miyu stopped in her tracks. She didn't know how to talk with people or kids her age. People would be scared to be her friend because of who her father was.

She stood there for 10 seconds until an idea popped up in her head. She headed towards the swings and sat on one of them.

Shoto stood there debating if he should follow her or not. Since he was a guest he decided to just stand there until she told him something. Miyu noticed this. So once she sat on the swing she motioned him with her hand to sit on the swing next to her. He slowly walked towards the swing set.

Miyu formed a small plan in her head. She was either going to try to get to know him or just let him play in the park and Miyu didn't want to be alone for the rest of her life. She went with option one.

"Hi," she whispered. Shoto's hand began to shake a little. The only people he's ever talked to were his siblings and mother. At this moment he thought of what a normal person would say at this moment.

"H-hi," he said as well but with less confidence. Miyu pursed her lips. She tried to remember what the characters in her favorite show would do. On her favorite show the characters would always make new friends.

"How are you?" She said lowly once again. She wished she could have inherited some of her father's confidence because that would sure be handy right now.

"Good. H-how are you?" Shoto asked. His hands began to sweat. He looked anywhere but her. He remembered the way her father looked at his, and she looked somewhat like him. So, he wouldn't be surprised if she was looking at him the same way. Maybe she knew why he was here. Maybe his father did something to upset her family and she might hate him too.

"I'm fine," she said. The way she spoke didn't seem mad or angry. She just sounded a little nervous. He decided to look into her eyes. They held curiosity, timidness, a slight spark of joy.

Shoto didn't know what to say. He just nodded and went back to looking around. He had not went to a park in a long time. Ever since he activated his quirk his father trained him non-stop. His father didn't want him attending public school. Miyu's father is just like his. The only reason she was able to attend a public school was because her aunt convinced him.

"Want to play with me i-in the park," Miyu asked. The young boy's heart started to beat fast out of no where. It was as if it was telling him to say yes. Miyu's heart was beating as well but for another reason; she was scared. What if he denied her offer? Her plan to make a friend would fail.
