"So, our boy got a man," Mike announced when we sat down at breakfast the next morning.

"No way!" Tony gasped.

"It's no big deal," I blushed.

"It's a huge deal shut up," Mike snapped jokingly. "Now, tell Tony all about loverboy."

"I mean, Jaime is really sweet and all. I'm just, I'm really happy," I told them. I was looking down at the table, but I'm pretty sure they could hear the smile in my voice.

"Speaking of which, here he comes," Mike smirked.

"Morning, babe. I brought you coffee," Jaime greeted me. He kissed my cheek and sat beside me, saying hey to Mike and Tony.

"Thank you," I smiled.

"Want to hang out after school?" he asked.

"Sure. What did you have in mind?" I asked, sipping on the coffee he brought me.

"A few of my other friends wanted to meet you," he told me. "It's just something casual."

"Sounds like fun," I smiled.

"Awesome, I'll text you the address we're meeting at. I figured you'll have to take Mike home," he said, gesturing to my bother.

"Yeah, I will, but I'll be there," I told him as the bell rang, telling us to get our asses to first block.

"See you later, babe," Jaime smiled, kissing my cheek again. Tony and Mike had left me at the table, so I got up after Jaime and started toward my locker. As I was walking past one of the bathrooms, someone pulled me in.

"What the hell?" I gasped.

"So, what was your news from last night?" Kellin asked. He sounded annoyed. If he doesn't really care, why is he going through the trouble to try and find out?

"I told you, Jaime and I are official," I persisted.

Kellin chuckled. "You need to stop joking. What's up with you?"

"Why are you being an ass about this? About everything?" I asked.

"I'm not," he shrugged.

"Yes, you are," I snapped, walking out of the bathroom.

"Vic, wait," Kellin called. I kept walking to my locker, ignoring whatever the raven-haired boy had to say. "You know I care. I just..."

I kept walking. I can't let him ruin today. I might text him later, but I'm so happy right now that I can't deal with his shit. So, I got my stuff for first block and walked in with a smile.

"You're sitting with me at lunch, right?" Jaime asked me during second block. The teacher gave us the last five minutes to talk.

"I mean, who all do you sit with?" I was nervous to be with new people. I'm not a very social person, so being with new people scared the shit out of me.

"Jack, Alex, Oli, Kellin, and a few others," he shrugged. Shit, I didn't want to have to deal with Kellin again. But, since Oli will be there, he won't talked to me, so I should be safe.

"Yeah, sure," I smiled.

"Great, Jack should be there first, but don't let him scare you," Jaime joked.

"I don't think I've ever talked to him," I mumbled.

"There's always a first for everything." That's the scary thing.

Jaime was right when he said Jack would be the first one at the table. "Hey, Jaime said you would be sitting with us," the boy grinned.

"Yeah, uh, where should I sit?" I asked with a mumbled tone.
