We managed to escape safely with the help of her powers

I must say me being a witch excites me!

"We're almost there" Layla said then she started whispering some enchantments I think. I was just staring at her that I didn't notice that we were already in front of a house

No. House is an understatement. This is an effin' mansion!

The front door opened then Layla whistled and shouted "We're home!"

Then the next thing I know is that we're here in the living room catching up with each other. I felt like I knew all of them. It felt like home. My parents are here also!

"Hi sweetie. I'm sorry we kept these things from you" dad said as he hugged me

"It's okay dad. At least now I know"

"How are you? Did you broke up with your boyfriend already?" Mom asked

"No, mom. He said he'll come back for me. They dragged him mom! They said he's a traitor but that can't be! Jairo's the most wonderful person I've ever met!" I said," Then mom hugged me

"Let's help him ! They're at our house! They told me about you! They said that you've stolen the golden box that you gave me!"

"Oh no. Layla, you haven't told her yet?" Mom said

"Tell me about what?" I asked then my gaze turn to Layla

"Not yet. You tell her" Layla said without looking at me

"Alright" mom said "Honey, you know we're witches right?" She asked. I nodded

She sighed before she continued "Well your boyfriend isn't. He's a knight"

A knight?

"So? I'm confused" I said

"Knights are born to execute witches. By witches it means us" mom said sadly

"Wait, what?" I said

"They are meant to execute us. They were ordered by the government because they think we are a threat to this world"

"No. You're kidding right? But Jairo and I love each other! He can never do that to me!" I cried

"I know sweetie. He's a wonderful boy. But too bad he's a knight" mom said

"I'll just rest mom. Talk to you later" I said then I kissed her cheeks "Love you dad"

"Good night sweetie" dad said then hugged me

"Layla can you show me where my room at?" I asked

"Sure" she said

No one dared to talk. I wouldn't talk to her anyway. I'm not in the mood

Things are so messed up. What will happen between us? How I wish I could talk to him right now

If only there's a way. I bet they're shocked as hell knowing that I escaped

"Thanks Layla" I said as I entered my room

My eyes roamed at the room. The theme is black and white. I like it

I slumped my self at the couch as I take off my clothes. I think I need a bath

I got some clothes from the walk in closet and went to the bathroom.

Nice. I have a tub. I opened the faucet and let it fill with water. I'll use my favorite vanilla shower gel scent.
