The battle between Midoriya and Shinsou had just begun, but in a way, it had already ended. The taller boy easily angered Midoriya, enough to make him yell a simple three words. "What'd you say?" He was frozen. Who would've expected someone from General Studies to have completely stopped the one to have placed first in the obstacle race? I'd say not me, but in the end, the two of us worked quite well together during the cavalry battle. I wasn't all that surprised. He seemed strong. To be perfectly honest, I was kind of hoping Shinsou would win this round. He seemed interesting enough.Midoriya steadily made his way outside the ring. He stopped. Midoriya stopped right in front of the ring's boundary. Looking closely, I noticed his finger was broken. "How? You shouldn't have control. What'd you do," Shinsou yelled at his opponent. Midoriya stayed silent. Just like that. A little power put into his finger and he escaped Shinsou's clutches. How boring. I blinked and focused back on the match, only to see the green haired boy slam my ex-teammate outside the ring. "Midoriya moved onto the second round!"
Midoriya bowed to Shinsou as I shifted in my seat. "You were awesome out there Shinsou!" "You had us on the edge of our seats!" How ironic. Wasn't Midoriya at the edge of the boundary before he happened to snap himself out of his trance? "You're the shining star of us General Studies guys!" "You did just as well as the guy who got third in the obstacle course!" I scoffed. Imagine comparing someone as quiet as Shinsou to someone as loud and foul-mouthed as Bakugou Katsuki. The General Studies students showered Shinsou with compliments. What an interesting quirk he had. What an interesting guy indeed.
