City of Broken Hearts: 6

In the city of broken hearts,

there's a girl who's falling apart.

Stitches and threads in her skin,

sewing the seams to hold it in.

But now those seams are breaking,

her smile is one she's faking.

The population is a depressing one,

overcrowded tears hide the sun.

The streets are full of wandering souls,

their hearts replaced with empty holes;

And now that girl roams in the dark

In the city of broken hearts.
