I start to get ready for tonight on Ellen. I decided to wear just casual. Blue skinny jeans with my 'lucky #1' t-shirt and some flats. I put my blonde hair up into a messy bun and head out the door. On my way to the set my phone rings. I quickly pull over to answer it. 'Hello??' 'Hey cas it's Liam.' 'Oh hey li, what's up??' ' just wanted to see if anything was going to be done tonight?' I scrunch my face up. What was he on about? He knows about the surprise party. 'Liam you know about Harry's party' 'no no no not that I mean will you finally tell Harry the way you really feel about him?' I stop suddenly and think. How did he know? Is it that obvious to people?? A door in the background on the call brought me back to reality 'oh shit! Cas I have to go!' 'Liam wait I-' I was cut off by the dial tone. What could have possibly happened then??

*liams POV*

'Liam you know about Harry's party' 'no no no not that I mean will you finally tell Harry the way you really feel about him?' Cassidy went quiet. She's probably freaked. I'm sitting in the change room getting changed with my phone on speaker when I look up to see a woman standing at the door. How long had she been there? Did she hear anything? Suddenly she looked shocked and slammed the door before leaving 'oh shit! Cas I have to go!' I quickly hang up the phone and run out of the room chasing the woman. If this gets out then I'm screwed. I follow the girl and she walks through a door. It slams shut behind her and the sign on it reads 'STAFF ONLY' 'Shit!' I say to myself. I was about to walk through the door when I hear someone behind me cleared their throat. 'The sign reads staff only and you're on in five.' they say to me 'but-' '5 mr Payne.' then they walked off. I was about to turn to go through the door again but hesitated. She may not have heard anything, it'll be fine. I think to my self. I hope.

*Harry's POV*

'Five minutes boys!' I hear the cameraman call. I look around but there's no sign of Cassidy. Where could she be? I then see Liam come running over, he looked worried. 'What's up man?' I ask 'Nothing, I hope.' I was about to ask what he meant when we were asked to walk out onto the stage, Ellen's music starts playing and we walk out, she does and funny little dance and I decide to join in. Everyone laughs as we sit down. 'Well hello boys, how are you?' we all reply very well except for liam. I don't understand whats up with him. 'So,' Ellen starts 'you boys are really hitting the big time aren't you?' We all nod in agreement and then Niall speaks up 'depends how big, big time is.' everyone laughs the zany adds 'and what big time includes.' 'Well you boys have really made it in the charts with your music, your careers are blearing, you have girlfriends to I suppose?' all of the other boys nod except me and Niall. 'Tell me about them, I mean Zayn, you're engaged to Perrie Edwards, Liam you are with Danielle, louise you're with Elanor and Harry you're with your life long best-friend Cassidy. What more could you ask for?' Wait! What? I'm not with Cassidy 'Wait you're with Cas?' I hear Niall ask 'No we aren't, we are best friends. Ellen where the hell did you get that from?' Ellen looked at me and looked at someone back stage, a young girl with black hair. 'Well there were reports of a phone call between Liam and Cassidy about her feelings for you and how they aren't just friendly.' I look up into the crown and spot Cassidy, She shrunk into her seat and covered her face. Was it true? I then look at Liam and he shrugs his shoulders and looks to the ground. It must be!

After the show I ran after Liam and grabbed his arm, 'Hey, what was that back there?' He looks at me and sighs 'Man you really need to talk to Cas it not my place to say anything.' and with that he left. I quickly decide to run out to where the audience was sitting and look for her, but I couldn't see her. I look around then see Zayn. 'Zayn!' I shout. I ran over to him 'Where's cas?' 'She already left man, sorry.' 'Fuck' I swear under my breath. I run to my car fumbling with my car keys and jump in. I drive as quickly as possible, with out going over speed limit, and go to Cas' house.

*Cassidy's POV*

after the show, I left as fast as I possibly could before anyone would notice me. How could Liam do that? he told someone and then put it on live television! When I finally get home I clumsily unlock and open the door. I fling off my shoes and throw my bag on the couch. I run my fingers through my hair while pacing back and fourth, then I run to the kitchen and grab a tub of ice cream. My phone starts to ring, I put down the ice cream and grab my phone my back pocket. Its Liam 'What the fuck Liam!' I answer 'No Cas you don't understand it wasn't me who said anything. I had the phone on loudspeaker talking to you when a girl walked in and she must have heard everything and gone and told someone.' 'Oh she heard Liam, every fucking word now harry knows.' 'I know i'm sorry please forgive me it was mistake I swear.' I calm down a bit and sigh 'of course I forgive you, just-' I was cut off by the door bell 'Li look I gotta go someone's at the door.' 'Okay by cas.' I hang up the phone and put it on the bench. I walk over to the door and look throught eh peek hole.
