My Review:
It is a full blown romance story. It is not a perfect story I will give but there is certain charm about it which cannot be ignored. The best part is you wouldn't understand story's tittle or what the heck was going on nearly util the end of it. I mean the idea of it is so far fetched that even with the amount of fore shadowing the author did you would have ignored it until you read the yourself.
The cover is good but it doesn't represent the story as well as I expected it to. As for summary I doubt you will even understand it even when you read it in the story. I think the author did a good job with the summary, as good as possible at least, with the concept of story it is really hard to do with out reveling what the story is about. Come one even I want to revel what the story is but I don't want to spoil all the fun for other readers.
I like the way the author adjusted the time. There is both family time as well as friends which is reality as everyone knows and I definitely like that. Neither English nor grammar were at it's best I will give you that and writing is not at it's best (okay I will admit I love this book too much to say anything bad about it) it need a lot of work but I think the story line more or less. This story is way too unique and after reading the cliche stories it really blows your mind away. There is another thing I liked about the story is that they are many Islamic things written in the book which would benefit any Muslim reading it but others can simply ignore it as it is not much relevant.
Any way now about characters, I will start with my favorite, Safi, she is simply amazing I definitely want her as my cousin (I'm sure my cousins will have my head for saying that what's wrong with them just a little they are not Safi) she just brings the best of out of every one. Then, Ayaan the perfect best friend and he is giving quite a bit of competition to be my favorite character in the book. Then there is Iram a type of best friend everyone wants have sweet, shy, protective and being there for Kinza when she needs her. Daniyal's parents, in short they are awesome but I definitely doubt that kind of parents exists. Ahsan (Kinza's dad) even though there are very few mentions of him I quite like the guy and even while dying he made all arrangements for Kinza like any dad would have done but the way it was written it shows that how much parents love their kids.
Now on to min characters, Kinza, someone who stayed strong even after everything she went through I think anyone could do it with the determination like Kinza and support she had but the only problem one would have is to find the kind of support she has. Her reactions to Daniyal are completely appropriate according to me. Daniyal, the guy made too many mistakes but he tries to rectify them and that is all you could ask of a person right they realize their mistake and try not to repeat it, even though he doesn't repeat his mistakes he just makes new ones instead of them but the guy is a total sweetheart and I quite like the character.
I love the story anyone who likes romance will be able to plot line of the story ignoring additional things.
