Another bright sunny and warm morning was finally here, the wind was pretty strong today and your dryer wasn't working at that moment, so you and Mino were hanging up both your clothes to dry in the sun. You observed your bandaged right hand and placed it over your sore check, which still had the the white patch on from yesterday's events.

It was pretty early in the morning so you were still in your pajamas, a white tank top and a short pink skirt. Mino was right beside you humming a silent tune as he assisted you.

You turn your head over to him.

"Oh my, you seem to be in a good mood today. What's up..?"

Mino turned to you a patted your back while giggling.

"Oh, darling! You're so shameless with your questions! I love that part about you!"

You tilted your head to the side.

"Huh..?"

"Well...it's because you stood up for me yesterday."

You sighed and rubbed your sore hand.

"But, it's still not right though, I'm the man of this relationship and I'm the one who should be protecting you."

"You really-Ugh!"

"What's wrong darling-"

You were blacked out, but Mino's eyes were settled on your captor. They gave the lamia one last glare before spreading there wings and taking flight into the blue sky with you in there talon's.

Your hoarse voice moaned as you lifted your head up. Only to realize you were resting against a tree while on the highest branch. You gasped and gripped the branch will all your might, hoping you want fall.

"Oh, you're finally awake!"

You lifted your head up to the source if the high voice and your (e/c) eyes fell onto a short and petite looking boy and he had wings?! And bird like talons?! He wore black basketball shorts and a black tank top.

He was softly flapping his large baby blue wings while his golden eyes stared back at you, he smiled. Was he a kid?

"Who are you...?"

You asked while trying your best not to look down.

"I'm Pappy the Harpy! Pappy's a Harpy, is what Pappy is!"

"Oh ok I'm (Y/N) and-"

"Or no wait, is it Pappy's a Harpy?"

"Excuse, young man could you please help me down from this tree?"

You choked on your own words as he nodded and flew behind you, gripped you by the back of your tank top and slowly brought you down to the ground. And by the looks of it, it seems he brought you to the park.

Once your feet hit the concrete ground you watch the bird boy waddle to your side.

"Thank you, young man."

"My names not young man, it's Pappy!"

He fumed.

"Whatever, anyways why did you snatch me? Where's your host family and if not where's your mom or dad? You can't be here out on your own. Are you lost?"

He tilted his head and pouted.

"Well, that's why I bright you along miss.."

He gave you a cute sadden look as he put his feathers behind his back.
