If the host decides to tame a large fire, they will feel fatigued and have blisters form on their fingers.

Situations Quirk Could Be Useful ;
The host could work in the fire department and help bring down the size of a fire and stop it from spreading further, this quirk could be used to torture someone as the host can control the size of the flame to get the hostage talking. The quirk would also be good for a science teacher as they could help control the flame of a bunsen burner if one gets out of control, they could help teach the kids about flames and fires too.
