jisung came unexpectedly early in class. usually, he'd be late and get scolded by the teacher. but now, he can only count the students that are here and most of them are those who wants to graduate with high honors. shrugging, he just went to his seat which was next to the window and plugged in his earphones as he had thought of just wasting his time watching some random videos instead of studying for an upcoming test.

❝as time passes, people are losing their brain cells.❞ jisung sighed as a reaction to a one video where in this boy is jumping off a rooftop thinking that he'll fall straight to the pool, but no.

minutes passed by and students came in one by one inside the room and then followed by their homeroom teacher that had a smile on his face. jisung glanced up only to say that he didn't care on what their homeroom teacher is going to announce. he continued to watch something from his phone, not caring if he'd get scolded for using phones during class hours.

❝so class, i'm happy to introduce to you a transfer student from china.❞ everyone were whispering about the sudden news of a new student being inserted in the middle of the school year.

jisung? eyes fixed on his phone. he didn't even know that they had a new student neither did he notice someone coming inside the classroom. just when jisung decided to close his phone, his phone dinged indicating that he had a new message. it was from an unknown sender and hesitated to check the message out but in the end he did click the message out of curiosity.

❝he's the son of a very wealthy family so watch out.❞ the homeroom teacher joked around, making others giggle while other just sat there totally bored. ❝introduce yourself.❞

the small chinese male nodded his head as he turned to his classmates, eyes stopping at that one specific student sitting at the very back who had no care in whatever is happening inside the classroom and is just focused on his phone. he then managed to ignore the student and gave everyone a smile, making them coo at how cute he is.

❝i'm zhong chenle, nice to meet you.❞ he took a bow and received some compliments about how cute he is and how soft his voice sounded, what a great start.

jisung furrowed his brows out off disgust after watching the short clip this unknown sender just sent him. it was a boy singing some song that's hard to sing and then moments after he vomited in front of many people, the judges in front even was covered with his barf. jisung removed his ear plugs as he locked his phone, not wanting to see that video ever again. what a great way to start his day with a very disgusting video.

❝chenle? son of mrs. and mr. zhong, you can sit next to park jisung.❞ the homeroom teacher then gave the student at the very back a glare after seeing him looking at his phone with pure disgust. ❝park jisung!❞

the said boy had his head raised up and saw everyone looking at him, but all he did was raise a brow. ❝what?❞

the transfer student happily made his way to his seat and gave his seatmate a smile as he took his hand out for a handshake. ❝hello, i'm zhong chenle.❞

jisung stared at the hand before looking at the unfamiliar student right on the face, observing him. moments later he paused upon finding this boy very familiar. a smirk was then shown on his face as he gave his full attention to the new chinese transfer student. ❝chenle?❞

the cute boy nodded his head, telling him that he pronounced it right.

❝well hi there, i'm jisung park.❞
