Shell Cottage,
Summer 1999,

Harry stood by the cliff, staring deeply into the calm waves crashing against the rocks. They were staying at The Shell Cottage to visit Bill, Fleur and the newborn baby, Victoire, together with the little hyperactive Teddy Lupin. Teddy Lupin excitedly talked to the small baby Victoire from the bars of the cradle in his baby gibberish. His hair was changing colours, showing that he was really excited about meeting Baby Victoire.

"Papa," Teddy tugged on Harry's leg. Ginny took the little boy to the cliff because he begged to see his godfather. Teddy called Harry 'Papa' because Harry took care of him like he was his own son. And Harry was the closest father figure to Teddy.

Harry looked down and smiled. He crouched down to pick the little infant up and carry him in his arms. "Teddy, It's the sea," Harry said softly to Teddy.

"Shea," Teddy said in his baby voice. His hair turned into sea green colour. "Papa wikes shea?" He asked.

Harry chuckled and nodded upon Teddy's question. "Indeed, I do," He said as he kissed Teddy's cheeks.

"Baby," Teddy said as he pointed to the house, asking the young adult to walk into the house. Harry beamed upon the new word Teddy had learned. He hadn't said this word back then. It was a new vocabulary Teddy had learned this week.

"Gin, he learned another word," Harry smiled, like a proud father.

"Yes, another good word," Ginny smiled.

"Teddy seemed to enjoy talking gibberish to Victoire," Ginny said as she smiled and stretched her arms to Teddy.

"Ninny," Teddy cooed and stretched his arms out to move to Ginny's embrace.

"I see you two are enjoying the baby daycare," Bill said.

"Teddy stayed with us during weekends. He mostly spent weekdays at Andromeda's," Ginny said.

"Auror training and the rebuilding thing had taken much of our time," Harry said, hugging Ginny's waist.

"How's mum and dad?" Ginny asked.

"Dad's retired from the ministry. Well, mum, She agreed to make a bake shop in Muggle London," Bill said. "Fleur is helping mum."

"Biww," Teddy said as he touched Bill's face, "Huwts?" he asked upon touching the mark Bill had gotten from fighting with the werewolf back then.

"It hurts back then. Now, it doesn't hurt anymore, Ted. Just like when you fall from the crib," Bill smiled and touched the bruise Teddy got after he fell from the crib.

"Papa, huwt?" He then touched Harry's scar. The one he got from a fight with Antonin Dolohov last month. He got that scar after a serious fight, he came home covered in dried blood.

"It doesn't hurt anymore, Ted," Harry Smiled and kissed Teddy's cheeks. the two-year-old infant grew more curious by the days after he could speak human language.

Apparently, Teddy had just learned some new words that month, out of all the words Harry, Ginny and Hermione tried to teach him, 'Hurt' was the first one to ring in his ear. the other one was 'Sea', then 'Tart', and the last thing was 'Beer'. Thanks to Ron, Teddy got to learn 'beer' it was because of all those nights after the death eaters hunt, Ron kept a crate of regular beer and another crate of butterbeer to ease the tension Harry and him got from work. A week after Teddy learnt to say 'Beer', Hermione was very furious. she kept saying it was a bad influence on the young infant because he kept seeing the two father figure in the house getting attached to that substance.

-------
That weekend, Harry and Ginny decided to pay a visit to The Burrow.

"Nana," Teddy cooed as he ran to Molly Weasley who was still busy baking the treacle tart when Ginny and Harry came inside The Burrow.

"Hello, Love," Molly smiled and picked the young infant up and held him in his arm.

"Teddy, Feww," The boy pouted and pointed at his elbow.

"Oh, Teddy. It's going to be okay," She smiled and kissed the little boy on his forehead.

"Scaw, huwt, nana," Teddy pouted.

"It's all because Harry brought him a small racing toy broom and he zoomed around the house. knocking down a China Vase at the front door, mum," Ginny protested.

Harry had just recently bought an infant-sized customized toy racing broom for Teddy because he finally reached his twentieth vocabulary. "We agreed to teach him flying at some point, Ginny. Besides, Sirius used to give me a toy broom when I was one," Harry argued.

"It's different now, Harry," Ginny sighed.

"Teddy fwy, Nana. Ninny angwy," Teddy laugh and tried his best to tell Molly about him flying.

"Teddy is a fine flier, Mrs Weasley. You have to see him doing the basic flying lesson. It's better than any 5-year-old trying their first time flying anyways," Harry grinned.

"Harry!" Ginny and Hermione looked at Harry with a concerned look.

Molly smiled at the bickering session before her eyes. It seemed like it was just yesterday she told Harry how to pass the barrier in Platform 93/4. Now, Harry and Ginny had to take care of Teddy even when they were not married. She was glad that everything is well. Aside from the grief of the fallen ones, The remaining Weasleys were trying to settle down. George got the business at the Joke Shop running again with the help of Angelina. They were about to get married next year.

"Look who's here," Molly said as she opened the door and welcomed Percy and Audrey along with their first daughter, Molly Weasley II. Molly put Teddy down as the boy ran to hug Percy's leg.

"Oh hello, little guy," Percy said as Teddy's hair turned bubblegum pink. "How was your summer?" Percy asked.

"Teddy feww, Teddy huwt," Teddy pouted, showing his elbows to Percy.

"He told everyone about that, Perce," Harry chuckled at his Godson's action.

"Guess what, Harry here taught Teddy to fly on a toy racing broom," Ginny said.

"Well, that's the best news I've ever heard," George appeared at the front door with his fianceè, Angelina Johnson.
