"SHIT!" yelled Asami. She looked at her alarm. 7:50 a.m. She over slept and now must rush. She hops out of bed and slips into her white shirt with yellow stripes, and blue jeans. She quickly combs her shoulder length light brown hair in the bathroom and places her pink flower pin into her hair. She looks at her reflection and sees her beautiful green eyes. She smiles, but looks at her phone. 7:55. She groans and runs down stairs to the kitchen. She quickly grabs white bread and places butter on it. She eats it quickly and runs back upstairs. She looks at her pink toothbrush. Instead, she decides to use mouth wash quickly. She spits into the sink, rinses, and then runs towards her room. She grabs her bag. She goes back down stairs and leaves her house. Luckily, her house wasn't far from Hashiro High School. She was in 12th grade. She runs only a block before seeing her big red brick school. Running inside, she puts her bag in her locker and she heads upstairs for English class with Ms. Hanako. She rushes to her desk and sits down. It was 8:03. Ms. Hanako, a tall thin woman with short black hair and glasses walks up to Asami. She looked sternly at her.
"You're three minutes late," She said coldly. Asami looked up at Ms. Hanako, annoyed.
"So? For 30 minutes straight we just sit there and-" Asami paused. She then groaned. She didn't even need to rush since class didn't start till 8:30. Time before 8:30 is used as a study hall. Asami looks at Ms. Hanako. "We don't do anything till 8:30. Why does it matter that I'm late?" said Asami coldly.
"Young lady, don't use that tone of voice!" demanded Ms. Hanako. A blue haired guy raised his hand. Ms. Hanako looked over to him. He pointed at the entrance of the room. There stood two twin girls with blonde that went to their waist and bright blue eyes. One was wearing a yellow skirt and the other was wearing a black skirt. Ms. Hanako walked up to the girls.
"Can I help you?" She asked.
"Hi, um, is this the English room?" asked the girl in the yellow skirt. Ms. Hanako nodded.
"You must be those two new students," She said. She walks to her desk and reads the attendance list. "Terrie and Carrie, right?" The twins nod. "Please sit down." There was a empty desk behind Asami and an empty one on the left of her. Asami was in the middle of the far right row by the big window. The girl with the yellow skirt sat on the left of Asami and the other one sat behind Asami. The girl with the yellow skirt spoke.
"I'm Terrie. My sister behind you is Carrie, my twin," said Terrie.
"I'm Asami. Nice to meet you," said Asami. She shook hands with Terrie. Asami turned to shake hands with Carrie. She just looked at Asami's hand and then looked at Asami. Asami was going to put her hand away, but Carrie quickly shook it before looking away shyly.
"ASAMI! No talking or visiting! This is time to finish homework or read silently!" said Ms. Hanako. Asami turned and looked at Ms. Hanako.
"Really? You forgot to mention, 'or go on your phone,'" said Asami sarcastically. She points to the bright red haired girl in front of her who was on her phone. Ms. Hanako turned bright red.
"GO TO THE OFFICE, NOW!" yelled Ms. Hanako. Asami crossed her arms.
"Why? For being honest?" asked Asami who raises an eyebrow. Terrie looks at Asami.
"Could you please, maybe..stop?" whispered Terrie nervously. Asami sighed.
"I'm sorry Ms. Hanako. I don't want to go to the office," said Asami glumly. Ms. Hanako's face went normal but stern.
"Fine, but you better drop the attitude!" She said coldly. Asami nodded slowly. Carrie snickered a little, but Asami ignored her.
Around 11:58, everyone headed down to the cafeteria, a big white room with long silver tables. There was two big windows that were on the right wall. The sun shone outside. Asami got her food, which was yakitori, that was bite sized pieces of chicken on a stick covered in barbecue sauce, and sat down. Terrie and Carrie sat next to her.
"Thanks for helping us around the school," said Terrie.
"No problem," said Asami.
"This place isn't too bad," said Carrie. Asami ate a piece of chicken. Once she was done chewing, she spoke.
"Where exactly are you two crackers from?" joked Asami. Carrie looked up at Asami.
"The United States of America!" said Carrie proudly. Terrie smiled.
"Really? You kinda look like your from here," said Asami.
"Well, our mother is half Japanese," said Terrie. Asami nodded.
"That explains why you came here then," said Asami. They all went silent and continued eating their yakitori. Suddenly, Terrie started choking.
"Oh fuck! She's choking!" exclaimed Asami.
"No shit, Sherlock!" said Carrie. Terrie started turning purple. Suddenly, the blue haired kid from english class came and did the heimlich. Terrie spit the food out onto her tray and the color in her face went back to normal.
"Thank you," said Terrie. She blushed a little. The boy smiled.
"I'm Yuto," He said. He was wearing a white shirt and jeans. His eyes matched his blue hair.
"Terrie." She blushed more.
"Hey, do you want to hang out after school?" asked Yuto. Carrie stood up to face him.
"Now hold on, we literally just met you! Sure, you saved my sister's life, but maybe we should wait to do that till we know you better," said Carrie. Terrie looked up at her sister.
"Who the hell said this was all of us? He asked just me, Carrie," said Terrie sternly. "Besides, he seems nice!" Asami snorted. Terrie looked at her.
"You wanna go hang with him, when you barely know this place? I suggest you take Carrie's advice," said Asami. Yuto sighed.
"Maybe we should do it another time?" asked Yuto.
"Sure!" said Terrie
