"Alright, so everyone will be assigned humans today. Not vessels, humans to look over. Even Archangels will take part so, don't pout about it. The only exception is Lucifer, because, well he's in the cage. Understand? Good." Anna paces in front of all of us, us being angels. There are so many of us, but more humans. I'd be lucky only to get only one, but we each receive one family. "I'll begin, now. Uriel, you'll be getting..." Anna slowly goes down the list of thousands of angels. I await for my name to called, and the family with it.
"Gabriel and Castiel, you two will have a huge task for all of us with one family. Everyone else, is dismissed." Anna shoos off many, many angels.
"Ah, great, sister why am I still here?" Gabriel begins to talk.
"Shut it, Gabriel. I've given you and Castiel a mission, the vessels of Micheal and Lucifer. They are a heavy task, and we must make sure that they stay in great shape for their owners." Anna continues. "You two, will have to be in close quarters with them though...it's the only way it can work."
"You mean heading down to the hunk of rock, called Earth? Yeah...no thanks. That rock isn't my cup of tea." Gabriel turns around to leave, but Anna grabs his shoulder.
"No, you will do this or you know what will happen, Gabe." Anna warns Gabriel. I stand there awkwardly, waiting for her to speak to me. After awhile, Gabriel shakes off the other.
"Fine, I'll do it. But, it's not for you ass-clowns, it's for my own personal benefit." Gabriel nags.
"Castiel, do you accept the task?" Anna finally faces me.
"I will. Anything to help with fate." I answer, and Gabriel looks at me weird. Anna smiles and proceeds with her talking.
"As I said, you both will be going down to Earth, but do not become visible. If a human, by chance, is to see you...no witnesses of the divine. Kill it. If a Winchester sees you, that is not a vessel for later on...kill it. If Dean or Sam sees you, you must erase their memory of you. You do not want hunters on your backs, do you? That's what I thought. Now, you have until 8am, tomorrow to pack up your blades to leave. Good luck, you'll need it." Anna then, flies away. I look at where her feet previously where, strange that I was paired with an archangel.
"So, Castiel, you're like an angel out of the box, huh?" Gabriel looks over me, and circles around me.
"What do you mean?" I ponder.
"You don't express yourself, nit wit. Are you just a soldier?"
"Ye-"
"I knew it. You haven't broke just yet. Don't worry, Earth does change you...or it's the people in it. Personally, I hate when Anna down talks me like that. Someone should just, toss her grace onto Earth, see how she likes it, eh?" Gabriel nudges me, but he gets no reaction. He groans. "Are you going to be like this the whole time?" I don't reply. "I'm going to take your dead silence as a yes. You are a sorry son of a bitch, I'll tell you that. You don't talk much or do anything fun." Gabriel complains.
"You know, it is quite rude to say." I respond after him talking for a couple of minutes.
"Oh, yeah, I forgot, you do talk. Just rarely." Gabriel begins to walk away.
"Hey! Where are you going?" I question.
"I'm packing for tomorrow, I suggest you do the same." Gabriel then, flies off. I look at the ground, it's 'grass'. We held the meeting in someone's heaven, an elderly woman actually. She is unable to remember her family, but she was a nature lover. I found this heaven, one of my favorites. This gave me an idea, what if I checked out the Winchester heaven?
