She was home alone
For hours on end she sat
And coloured
Until one day
She imagined
A friend

Kenneth
He talked to her
He drew with her
He laughed with her
The girl wasn't lonely anymore
Though when the girl went back to high school
She realized maybe she didn't need him
So he left
After school the girl went home
She realized how lonely she was
She was afraid of being alone
She cried out for Kenneth to come
Back
But
He couldn't hear her
Until
One day
She was alone
And
She cried
He could feel her tears
He could hear her tears
So he came back
And the girl was never lonely
Again
