Softly it came leading his being to it's source but his findings is tragic and angering... His fiore.
Rya's pov.
The spring rolls were exquisite! And very delicious too. It reminded me of who I used to be, reminded me of peter.
Train and eat, that was my thing. And hang out with Peter too.
Even though it only got colder as the train moved, I loved it. Jason wore a thick black fur jacket for me as he told me we'll soon come to a stop.
"Children get ready, we're about to come to a stop" said an Indian accented lady.
The train came to a slow stop and children started getting off it. When it got to the time for us to get off, Jason carried me in his arms and by the time we got off the train and I saw where the school was, I gasped.
A narrow road led up to a huge hill where the school stood comfortably, it reminded me of Harry Potter, but much more snowy.
"Are you gonna carry me all the way up the hill?" I asked Jason still surprised.
"Yep" he popped the 'p' in his word
"Right... You're a werewolf"
"Exactly munchkin" he chuckled
We walked for another five minutes, me grateful that all the kids were long gone and no one was seeing my helpless state.
I looked up from my cradled position in Jason's arms and saw an arrowed sign that said 'village' and pointed to a path that I'm sure led to a village.
The walk up the hill was remarkable, as we walked up the hill, further and closer to the cloudy high of the school, it became only colder!
The first thing that happened when we entered the school was that a woman dressed in all purple, even a grey hair mixed with purple strands smiled down at me.
A stretcher was then wheeled to us by two dark men, and Jason lowered me onto it. I was expected to be taken by him but he stopped after placing me properly. "Did you encounter any rogues?" The lady's voice was soft and calming, even though she asked a serious question.
"Only on Earth" I heard him say as the two men started wheeling me away, sending fear into my system.
I guess Jason felt it, because he came to my side "it's all gonna be okay, I'll finish with my report and I'll be with you very soon"
"I don't want to be alone" I said in a low voice. It was at that moment I realized Marianne was not with me.
"You won't be, I promise" he said softly with a smile "if I didn't know you well I'll say you've grown a likeness to moi" he smiled making me do the same.
"Don't kid yourself" I said as I was wheeled away.
You know those moment in your life that you're just taken away by your thoughts, that moment when you can't feel or move, or even will yourself to, and you just let life pass you by.
That was the situation I was in. One moment I was wheeled away from Jason into the enormous beautiful school and the next moment I was in a hospital room.
I still can't bring myself to believe they're gone.
If all feels... Surreal.
Like I'm Alice, but in a nightmare.
A nightmare I desperately need to be all a lie.
My frame was covered delicately with a thick blanket by a nurse who left me in the room alone after presenting me with a smile.
