Younghyun sighed as he sat down on the couch next to Jae. Sungjin and Dowoon were told to put their guns up, so they threw them on their beds and walked into the living room, Sungjin sitting in the chair and Dowoon sitting on the arm of the couch. Wonpil sat on the other side of the arm Dowoon was sitting on, smiling happily. Younghyun cleared his throat before speaking.
"So, I'm pretty sure you all know each other already, but let's go around and introduce ourselves." He said. "Who's first?"
"Okay, I'll go first." Younghyun said after a long period of silence. "I'm Younghyun, obviously."
"Don't you mean Brian?" Sungjin teased. Younghyun glared at him and rolled his eyes.
"We don't talk about Brian. He's gone." Younghyun said.
Jae's face immediately turned from a happy smile to a sad frown. "I'm sorry for your loss, Younghyun."
Younghyun, Dowoon, and Sungjin all looked at each other before laughing to the point of tears. Jae and Wonpil were so incredibly confused.
"Brian wasn't someone who died, it's Younghyun's English name." Sungjin said.
Jae looked at Younghyun before laughing. "Brian? Really?"
"Okay anyways next person!" Younghyun said.
"I'm Dowoon." The youngest said, smiling awkwardly. Wonpil looked over at him and smiled brightly, making Dowoon smile bigger.
"I'm Wonpil!" The second youngest said.
"No one cares," Jae said, throwing a pillow at his friend. "I'm Jae."
The oldest made the 'hang loose' sign with his hands as he introduced himself. Wonpil suddenly threw the pillow right back at him, making Jae let out a small scream. Younghyun laughed at the other, who was now giving him a death-glare. He crossed his arms and stretched his legs across Younghyun's lap.
"I'm Sungjin." Sungjin said. "And just for the record, I want no, and I mean zero PDA in this household."
Younghyun rolled his eyes and laughed. "Pretty sure that won't be happening, Sungjin."
"It better not."
Younghyun grabbed the pillow laying in the floor and threw it at Sungjin. "Ah, what the—" He started.
"No bad language! Someone hit him again!" Younghyun yelled.
Jae leaned forward and whispered something in Younghyun's ear, making the other smirk before standing up, Jae following. Wonpil was honestly terrified of what was about to happen.
From around the corner, the others in the living room could hear Jae and Younghyun laughing. The two suddenly emerged from the other room and pointed the guns at Dowoon and Sungjin. The two "targets" looked like deer caught in headlights at that point.
"Don't shoot!" Dowoon yelled, raising his hands in defense. Sungjin nervously raised his hands as well.
Younghyun laughed before shaking his head. "On three, Jae!"
"One, t—"
"Three!" Jae yelled. He immediately shot one of the foam bullets at Wonpil, causing the younger to scream out of shock.
"Hey, what was that for?" Wonpil yelled. Jae didn't respond, instead, he shot him again while laughing. Younghyun shot Dowoon and Sungjin both, just for fun.
The two "main targets" for Younghyun suddenly ran around another corner and grabbed two more nerf guns and started shooting the others across the room. Wonpil ran and ducked behind the couch, seeing as he was the only one without a gun.
After a few minutes of shooting each other with foam bullets, they all basically passed out on the living room carpet.
"I'm tired." Jae said, out of breath. He was staring at the ceiling with a smile on his face while trying to breathe normally again.
Younghyun laughed before rolling over on his side to face the older. "Do you want me to take you to your hotel now?"
Jae's smile faltered slightly. "Not really. I'm having fun."
Younghyun smiled fondly at the other. He reached up and started playing with one of the strings of Jae's hoodie.
"That's what I was hoping you'd say." He smiled. "Do you wanna go somewhere? Like, just us? I can show you around."
"Of course."
"Okay, I'll tell them to show Wonpil around." Younghyun smiled again, still playing with the hoodie string.
"Hey guys, let's take a picture together!" Dowoon said. Wonpil gasped and jumped up from the couch before smiling excitedly.
"I was hoping someone would say that!" He smiled.
"I'll take it!" The youngest said. Though he tried to reach his arm far up in the air, he couldn't fit all of them in the frame.
"Jae, you take it! You have long ass arms." Sungjin said. Jae laughed before grabbing his phone and snapping a picture of the five of them. He looked at the picture and smiled, happy he was finally meeting his friends.
"You're so adorable, Jae." Younghyun said once he had seen the picture. Jae blushed before groaning and shaking his head.
"No I'm not." He said.
"Yes you are." Younghyun said.
"No."
"Yes."
"No!"
"Yes!"
"Shut up!" Sungjin yelled at the two. Younghyun and Jae looked at each other and laughed before the younger walked over to the door and grabbed his keys.
"I'm gonna go show Jae around the town, while you two," He pointed at his roommates,"show Wonpil around." Younghyun said.
Sungjin and Dowoon started to nudge each other with their elbows as Younghyun talked. "What exactly are you idiots doing?"
"Nothing, have fun!" Dowoon said, waving. He slipped his arm through Wonpil's and Sungjin's.
"Don't fuck in the car!" Sungjin called after the others walking out of the door. Jae was the only one who heard him and chuckled. Younghyun raised his eyebrow at the older before smiling and shaking his head.
"So where are we going first?" Jae asked once the two had pulled out of Younghyun's driveway.
"Since it's still somewhat early, I was thinking we should get coffee." The younger suggested. "If you want to, of course."
"Sounds great." Jae smiled. "Also, can I play music?"
"Sure."
Jae connected his phone to the radio and scrolled through his playlists to find a song. He finally clicked on one and decided to let it play. Younghyun gasped before yelling, "I love this song!"
"Really? It's one of my favorites."
"It is my favorite." They both smiled knowing that they shared the same music interests. Jae really loved that, because Wonpil hated when he would play music in the car. Every time Jae would pick Wonpil up in his car, he would be blasting some song that Wonpil didn't like. All the younger listened to was mainstream pop and Jae wanted to punch him for it.
Younghyun was humming the song as he turned a corner and pulled into a small parking lot. "We're here!"
He quickly got out of the car and ran to the other side to open Jae's door for him. The older smiled and blushed as he got out of the car.
"And people say chivalry is dead." Jae joked, making Younghyun laugh. Once the two had made it to the entrance, the younger reached for the door to hold it open for Jae. He got to the door and opened it, but he unfortunately hit Jae with it in the process. The older flinched at the door hitting his face as Younghyun immediately hugged him and started apologizing. Jae pushed his glasses up before walking in with Younghyun.
"Never mind, chivalry is definitely dead." He said. Younghyun shook his head before apologizing once again.
