Spy Blood (A Percy Jackson and Spy School Fan-Ficton)

"Bellona?" I asked. "The Roman goddess of war?"

"Yup!" replied Annabeth.

"You think she's my ancestor?"

"Why not?"

"But what proof do you have?"

"I have logic," she said. "I can tell. I am the daughter of Athena which does help after all."

"Annabeth has a point, Erica." Ben told me. I shot him a dirty look and he quickly turned his head the opposite direction of mine.

"Do you not want to be a demigod, Erica?" Mike asked.

"I'd rather my skill be from my own talent instead of it being handed to me," I said coldly. "If it weren't for her mom Annabeth wouldn't be intelligent."

Percy looked taken aback from this but Annabeth didn't seem to care. In fact it appeared as if she agreed with me.

"It is true, I have to admit," Annabeth said.

Leo summoned a ball of fire. "Well thank god I'm not mortal. If I wasn't I wouldn't be so hot."

Annabeth laughed and rolled her eyes.

For the last couple of days the six of them were attacked by monsters a bit too often. I took them down with my usual ease and grace, Leo, Percy, and Annabeth trying their very hardest to defeat the monsters, and Ben and Mike hiding in the bottom level of the Argo II.

"There must be some reason you're so good at fighting," said Leo.

"Skill, maybe." I said, stating the obvious.

"I think you're a demigod. Nobody is that good at fighting. Not even Reyna and she's also the daughter of Bellona."

"I am not the daughter of Bellona, Leo," I said. "And even if I was, Spy School definitely helped me as well as my family, well my grandfather."

"Oh we'll just wait until you're claimed," Percy ventured.

"Claimed?" I asked.

"By Bellona."

"I am not the daughter of Bellona!" I said, incredibly irritated.

"Guys!" Leo said.

Ben and Mike were currently on the deck with us. We all walked towards Leo.

"Yeah?" Annabeth asked.

"We've made it to Camp Jupiter."
