•••••Samantha's POV•••••

I woke up to white everything and a really annoying bright light. I looked around and saw Kian, Jc, Acacia, mom, dad and Jenn.

Sam!

"Where's Sam?!?" I shot up.

"Samantha you're o-" my mom started to say.

"Where's Sam?" I asked again.

"He's right next to you." Kian said looking down.

When I turned to the side, I saw my boyfriend. The most handsome boy in the world, with bruises, scratches, and he had a cast in his leg. This sight brought tears to my eyes. The love of my life, my favorite person in the world, is laying on a hospital bed unconscious.

"What did the doctors say?" I asked, not moving my eyes from Sam.

"He should be waking up any minute now." Kian said which made me really happy.

I was about to say something but, Sam's eyes flickered open. I looked at him and hopped out of my bed, I gave him the biggest hug ever. He didn't hug back for some reason. So looked up at him and he looked shocked and afraid.

"Who is this?" he asked, I don't know what to feel. That shattered my heart into a million pieces.

"I'm your girlfriend, we've been dating for 2 years." I said letting tears run down my face.

"No, Mackenzie is my girlfriend." He said confused. I just looked at him in shock.

"You don't remember me?" I asked in a whisper.

"I'm sorry." he said, I got up and ran to the bathroom. I locked the door behind me. I cried and cried.

Sam doesn't remember me! The love of my life, doesn't remember me! And the worst part is, he thinks that he is dating Mackenzie! He is going to be with Mackenzie and I don't think I can see that! Oh My God, someone wake me up from this nightmare!

I go back outside and lay on my bed and hide my face under the blanket.

"It's okay" my mom said rocking me back and forth.

I just cried until I couldn't cry anymore.

Everyone started leaving, Sam and I are leaving tomorrow morning so we have to spend a night in the hospital.

I laid on my bed in silence.Just hoping I would wake up from this horrible nightmare.

"Samantha, if it means anything, you are beautiful and I know who you are but, not as how you see us. I see you as the girl I've had a crush on since I met you, I was 8 and you were turning 8. I'm sorry that I don't remember the last two years but, I really wish I did." Sam said. When I looked up, he was sound asleep. He didn't really say that, I just imagined it.

I cried again and again until I fell asleep..

I heard Samantha cry herself to sleep, I'm not really sure why.I was staring at her but when she looked at me, I looked away so that she didn't see me checking her out. She really is beautiful but, I'm dating Mackenzie so I need to be loyal.

After thinking for a while, I fell asleep.
