"Hey, dude come check this out," Hayley calls me over and shows me her Instagram page. It shows a post from a very popular boy band, Why Don't We. Hayley and I are the biggest fans of WDW and have dreamed of meeting them since they became a band over 2 years ago. We have never been to a concert before because we have either been busy or they were sold out by the time we were going to get tickets.
"What is it?"
"They are having a contest type thing it looks like."
The Instagram post showed a picture of all of the boys and the caption said "Hey Limelights! We are doing a contest. It is a singing contest. The winner will get to professionally record a song with us and perform it at a concert of their choice. Auditions will be held in 3 places: Los Angeles, CA, Minneapolis, MN, and New York City, NY. There are limited spots. We are limited to only 50 per place and is free of entree. All info is on the band website. Good luck!"
"Dude we have to do it!" She says with excitement.
"I don't think we have time. Between school, cheer, the musical, and softball we really don't have time."
"Come on Harmony! This could be your chance to become famous AND meet Why Don't We."
"Fine, just check the website and see what we all have to do."
Hayley signs us up for the auditions. The website says you have to prepare a song, either original or not, of your choice and you have to say why you want to win and why you are there. Auditions are in 2 weeks and they are on a Saturday at 12 PM.

"Dude chill I get it's the day before we are meeting them, but you don't need to freak out THIS much," I say, on the phone with Hayley.
"I know just hurry up. I want to get there ASAP."
"Yes, I know. Chill I'm on my way."

I pick up Hayley and we start heading to Minneapolis. On the way there, I get a phone call from my gay best friend, Logan.
"Logan my dude! what's up?"
"Nothing much. How about you?"
"Hayley and I are on our way to Minneapolis," I respond.
"Hey, Log," Hayley yelled at Logan through the phone.
"Hi Hay! So why are you guys going to Minneapolis?"
"There are these audition things that Hayley told me we should do so now I'm here driving us to those auditions."
"Well good luck hahaha. Lee can get very annoying when she gets bored."
"Oh, I know bro. I've been in a car with her for the past 2 hours and we've already had to stop twice for her."
"Haha. Well I have I Have to go now. Byeeeeeeeee."
"Byeeeeee" Hayley and I say in unison.
