A few week's has gone by and now every hero is on high alert and on the look out for there potential assassinator, The Avenger. In just a matter of a few week's he's caused a massive amount of fear among the many hero's and civilians, everyone watching there back's even during the brightest of day's. Yet there is one heroine who show's no fear, but only pure anger for the one who killed her friend, Stronghold. Gravis, the women with the power over gravity, walks the streets of the city, not wearing her hero outfit of course, but her normal everyday look to fit in with society. As she walks through the crowd of civilians, Allen appears out of the crowd wearing a normal casual appearance of blue jeans, a black under shirt covered up by a zippen up hoodie. He begins to follow her, like a predator stalking it's prey in plain sight, keeping a reasonable distance away from her, eye's never moving away from his target. Minutes later, Gravis enters a small coffee shop, a common meeting place for workers and friends. Allen follows inside, taking a seat at a table far away from where Gravis sat. Allen, unlike any other hero in his day's, was very talented in blending in with the crowd and having his pursuers or enemies lose track of him. Now that he is the hunter, that talent is whats keeping Gravis from noticing him now. A server walks up to Gravis table, asking to take her order, then once she has the server leaves. Allen was easily able to make out what she was saying, "A glass of water", something simple and easy to aquire. Allen sit's at his table for  minutes, then finally Gravis stands up from her's and leaves through a back door. At that moment he immediately arose from his, walking to the door she left out of. Through it was an alleyway, and in the distance, now in her hero outfit, Gravis was talking to someone over a communicator. Allen put's an earpiece in his ear, tuning it to where he's now able to listen in on the conversation, Gravis obviously speaking to a unknown person he has yet to meet...or be his next target.

"Have you found him yet?", It was the unknown voice speaking first, male, maybe around his late 50's.

"No, not yet. I haven't heard of any activity in the city nor any sightings of him."

"Great...he could be anywhere, he could even be listening to us right now! I'm hanging up, come meet me in person later today!", With that said the man disconnected his connection to Gravis.

Wanting to know more, Allen pulled his sleeve up a bit on his right arm, revealing a custom made watch. Pressing a button on it's side the cloths he was wearing were only a hologram illusion, covering up his own uniform. He took out a black metal mask from under his jacket, putting it on before pulling his hood up. Now with his identity hidden, he crouched down, slowly making his way towards Gravis. From his perspective she's a sitting duck, but right before he could make a leap towards her, his body would have lifted off the ground, then getting smashed into the wall of the ally, before being lifted further in the air and dropped onto the ground.

"You didn't really think I didn't know you were following me did you?"

Allen slowly lifted himself off the ground, cracking bones all over his body. "It will be my last mistake...who were you talking to Gravis...tell me now and I may make this less painful for you."

"Hah! Don't make me laugh, like I would tell you who I was speaking to. But now that your here I can get rid of this anger I have for you...You kill my friend! I may be a hero...but even hero's will kill, and I WILL kill you for what you've done!"

"That's if you can kill me before I kill you.", with that he quickly pulled out five small smoke grenades, tossing them straight under Gravis's feet, a plume of smoke filling the whole alley. "You can't hit what you can't see Gravis."

Gravis quickly looked around herself trying to pinpoint where he may be. Out of nowhere a leg would have appeared from the smoke, Gravis then quickly putting her hand up, stops it in midair, pulling Allen off the ground and swinging him around like a rag doll before slamming him into the ground and walls a few times. Thinking to be an easy win and revenge kill, she stops her powers to try and say something to the Avenger before finishing him off. But look who made a mistake now, Allen noticing the chance, he quickly get's up, jamming a needle into Gravis, injecting some type of blue serum into her. Gravis then out of reflex, pushes him away with a powerful force of gravity, before falling to her knee's, her hand up to her head starting to tremble.

"W-What have you...done to me!..."

Allen slowly rises to his feet, walking over to her, kneeling down on one knee looking straight at her.

"I've taken away your ability over gravity."

" What!...T-That's...Impossible..."

"Nothing is impossible, there is always a way. Now spill it, I don't have time to be wasting on your pathetic self."

Gravis, now with a face of pure rage, spat in his face. "I'm not telling you anything, you murderer!", with that said, he quickly brought both his hands around her neck, tightly squeezing in on it.

"You dare call me a murderer! When you murdered my wife! The pain you feel! It will never measure up to the pain I feel! This is my justice, for the things you swines have put me and my famly through!" His grip around her neck would only get tighter with every passing second, her face starting to slowly turn pale, he eye's starting to role back, and tears flowing from them. And with one flick of his wrist, a snap was heard. The sound of her neck bones being snapped in two. He then let go of her, her body falling to the ground. Allen then stood starting to calm himself down before ripping the communicator that was on Gravis wrist straight off and sliding it into his pocket. He left the scene leaving his second target dead, now on the hunt for who ever Gravis spoke to.

Hour's later, near a old train station, a small building looking to be abandoned stood firmly even as he eroded away over the years it's been there. But deep inside is a lair full of hi-tech equipment and secret passage ways leading underground. Walking out of one of them is Allen, sitting his mask on a work desk covered by files, pictures, and maps. He walks over to a couch, flopping onto it, then staring straight at a photo on the floor beside him. As he picked it up, it was a picture of his daughter from ten years ago. She look's to be six in the photo, so by now she's sixteen.

"...Don't worry baby...Daddy's coming to see you soon...", he kisses the photo, before clapping his hands, the entire place shutting off and going black with only a small lamp to illuminate the entire place. He then dozes off to sleep, the awaiting the next day.
